Beachbody 21 Day Fix & 21 Day Fix Extreme - Fitness DVDs Bundle, Home Workout, Portion Control Containers Included, Total 4 DVDs

So I was putting on weight and couldn’t fit into my pants the same. I did the containers and felt like I was hungry all the time for the first 2 weeks. BUT Lost weight so rapidly I had to double a few containers. I was at 130 - 132. Normally 118-125. When I got on the scale at 115 I knew I had to eat more. I did the workouts for 2 weeks then rotated in my cathe Frederick videos to match the style of workouts. (I just like cathe style more)It’s a great routine - schedule to know when to do what type of excercising on which day and some I do like. but I was excersising that much already. I had no idea how many carbs I was eating before!!! The containers are a huge eye opener. No wonder I was gaining! Carb city and didn’t realize. Now I know what to eat and will definitely go back to it if I start to gain cause it freaking works and fast! I just know now what to eat I don’t measure anymore. Seriously this is how to eat people! It seems overboard at first but once you get down just add another carb and veg etc. you’ll find your sweet spot for your body. I am down and staying down in the 118 to 122 range. It’s been 6 months and no gaining. My body looks great and zero bloat or constipation at all. Life saver!

I am 65yo & was looking for a workout video to do at home while my husband was recovering from a total knee replacement. Going to the gym was out for me for at least 6 weeks. This is a very doable workout. It is 30 min each day for 7 days & 2 of those days are recovery days (pilates & yoga). Got to do the work to see the results & thats what you work towards. The eating containers really help with portion control & I thought would never fill me up but honestly, I typically can't eat all of what I prep in all of them. Protein is what I struggle with & that surprised me. Glad I got it.

21 day fix is a great work out. Video makes following along simple.

My dvds came scratched to where they don’t really play for more than 30 seconds without glitching, the meal plans didn’t come included as pictured, and nothing was wrapped as if it were new. Maybe I got something used despite paying for new but it was a major letdown and extremely frustrating since I bought from BODi hoping it would be the real deal. I live in an extremely rural area so driving out of the way to return a product that I paid to have delivered is annoying. So I’ve kept the damaged, incomplete set but would not order again.

Love the workouts. Not into the meal plan as I do my own thing with Paleo and a Nutritionist. So I didn't need the containers but there was no option without them. I wanted both 21 Day Fix as well as the 21 Day Fix Extreme so I can keep progressing. Glad they sell it in a bundle. What bothered me the most, however, is the cheap paper cases that the DVD'S come in (sliding discs in and out of a tight space can easily scratch them up), and the bombardment of adds for Shakeology and other Beachbody products. I do find that the beachbody workouts are very well thought through and designed overall. I own a set of Beachbody Yoga DVD's, but even they came in better casing to protect the discs. So for the price that this set cost, I would think they could manage to have higher quality protective casing...that's my main complaint.

DVDs were as expected. Work beautifully. Containers were included. I love 21 day fix and bought these to replace some week worn dvds.

I got this to help me and my kiddo reach some fitness goals. It seemed like all the workouts would be available online, for like most people, I no longer have a DVD player. Beach body is aware of this, so they make is seem like you get the online stuff...in fact it's all over their printed material making it SEEM that if you go to the site, you can view those workouts, but that is only if you subscribe to their outrageous online pricing. This might help you lose weight, but it's not really designed to do that, it's designed to get your money up front, and drive you to subscribe. So it's not a $60 system, it's a $60 to start, $69/mo to use, for that I could get an actual gym membership. I've purchased many different programs over the years, and this one is the most disappointing. Go with ANY thing else.

I was bit skeptical first but the basic workouts are very demanding than p90 x3. Autumn Calabrese is spot on with her less talk and more workout attitude. Really like the way it is presented, unfortunately I had to pause due to my COVID vaccination schedule. Will continue to hit the target.
