I first tried this chai at a fancy food store which only carries the best food products. I liked it and bought it. Now, I am totally in love with it. it is my daily drink in the morning and I am totally addicted to one - two cups every day. I discovered it at a time that coffee was not agreeing with me. The chai gives me a little caffeine, hydrates me better and just agrees with me better than coffee. This chai with its background of spice and just, ever so slight sweetness will spoil you for other chais.

Love this Chai mix especially with reduced sugar. Please make the version of reduced sugar on all other flavors.

The one without sugar, I was happy to see this option. But this one is not good at all. The proportion of tea n milk powder is not right. Tried several different methods to make it right but this one disappointed us. We love its masala tea with sugar just that sugar is bit on higher side.

Bags had split open and contents were everywhere :( terrible mess.
