Perfect, Affordable Lock for StopBox
These ABUS padlocks are well made, lightweight, and feel very secure. I bought them to use with my StopBox, and this multi-pack was much cheaper than buying a single lock of the same model directly from StopBox. They work perfectly for that purpose and offer excellent quality for the price. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable locks and better value.

Light, cheap, water resistant
These are great locker room locks. Light, economical, and resistant to corrosion and water damage. Security wise I feel comfortable using them at the gym or public facility and Abus has a good reputation. I obviously wouldn't use them to secure something overnight or in a setting that is higher risk, but great for public gym application.

Awesome quality; beats the tar out of MasterLock
After watching many videos of lock picking and breaking, I settled on Abus as a fantastic bang for your buck in quality, and the metal construction reflects that. These are very well manufactured, way moreso than big box store brands. MasterLock (and Brinks and other common lock manufacturers) are well known by lock enthusiasts as TERRIBLE locks. Abus, on the other hand, is pretty well respected. While Abus has some not-so-great locks in their lineup, they're pretty consistently very well constructed and intelligently designed. This lock may not be nearly as impervious to attack as some of their very expensive models, this is a fantastic set. These are fairly resistant to common physical attacks (prying, cutting, smashing, etc) and the core is fairly decent for the price. Wish it had an additional pin, but a lot of opportunistic thieves are said to move on when they encounter something other than the awful mainstream locks, so I'm not terribly worried. (Someone can defeat this if they're educated and determined, but that's not really who this lock is designed to deter, so that's a moot point.) I wouldn't trust thousands of dollars of stuff to this lock, but for modest applications, it's a remarkable value. The German engineering is really on point, with a really solid body and awesome key action. Highly recommended!

Quality, but smaller than they look online.
Smooth operating. Seem well built. Smaller than they look online though.

Good Everyday Locks!
These are pretty decent padlocks. You get three German engineered(Chinese Made) locks and four matching keys for a wonderful price. The locks are all keyed alike. About: This lock has a harden steel shackle with nano protect; the company states that nano protect is a coating to help make this lock corrosion resistant. When open, the lock body swings around with a light spring action that guides the body back to locking position. The body of the lock is an aluminum alloy which makes it really quite light. When unlocking this lock, the key springs back parallel to the lock so you don't have to fumble around with the key. All around, this is just an elegant smooth operating lock. I would HIGHLY recommend these any day over a Masterlock. Security Features: This lock has a double locking shackle(see picture) so it can't be shimmed. This lock also has a strange shaped key way which makes it harder for a novice to pick. I'm not saying it's unpickable; it is just more difficult to pick. The harden steel shackle makes it more time consuming to cut with bolt cutters. Below is the company's website if you really want more information for your lock purchasing endeavor. http://www.abus.com/us/Home-Security/Padlocks/TITALIUM/64TI#Technical data __________EDIT___________________ I emailed the company, they told me that the lock is made is China. However, the Chinese division must adhere to the Germany company standards.

ABUS makes good locks
No issues so far, outdoor locks work like the day I bought them and look it too. Are they indestructible? No lock is. But they feel solid with a good latching mechanism.

Light, effective, and cheap.
These fit the outer corner eyelets on my Pelican Vault v700--BARELY. They won't fit in the middle two near the handle. The fit in the corner eyelets is so tight I don't see anyone being able to easily pry the case open. These are not ball bearing locked, but double barred. I don't pick locks, but ABUS is a well known brand, my bitting seems decent, and they should be somewhat difficult to bypass. Remember, when you're buying a lock it doesn't matter how good the lock is if some punk can just take a hand saw to the thing it's shackled on. This fits the level of security I'd expect from my Pelican case with minimal added weight, and almost zero play in the case's hinges. I don't always nail it on the first time, but I think I did here. If you have a Pelican Vault series case (700 specifically), look no further.
