Bought this shampoo and conditioner due to the fact that it was natural, as well as being cruelty free and vegan. At the time I was experiencing hair loss to the point that everytime I brushed my hair or ran a hand through it there would be full strands of hair coming out. I figured that this was worth a go. It has surpassed my expectations. The size is good value - I'm still on my first tube 5 months later. You only need a small amount as it lathers well. The smell is lovely, very fresh and minty, so you feel clean and revitalised after using. My hair is thicker and softer now. It feels much more manageable and even if I skip the conditioner my hair never feels dry or tangled. No more hair loss! I can run my hands through my hair without strands coming out. If you're after a product that's effective and not full of nasty chemicals then I highly recommend this shampoo. Don't be put off by price because a little goes a long way.

Picked this up when it was on offer and honestly it turned out to be great value. The shampoo lathers up quickly, gets my hair properly clean and leaves behind a really nice fresh aloe vera smell. What I really like is that it’s organic, so I don’t have to worry about the usual stuff like parabens or SLS. I’ve tried a few things from Dr Organics before (shampoos, conditioner, even their mouthwash) and they’ve always been good. Never had a bad experience with them, so I feel comfortable recommending this to anyone who wants something a bit healthier than the usual supermarket options.

I had been interested to try the Dr Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Shampoo since having tried the deodorant of the same brand but was originally put off by the expensive price and the fact Amazon wouldn't let me buy the shampoo unless I bought two. I have no problem buying two but I want to know if I like something first! One day I decided I'd just try it though as I've been looking for a shampoo with less chemicals and more natural ingredients for a while. At 265ml it is a good size bottle and seems to last me a while as you don't need too much of the shampoo each use. It is quite runny though so sometimes it is hard to keep hold of it without losing it! Once opened you can smell the lemon scent from the bottle. This initially surprised me but then I remembered this is what the deodorant smells like too. It seems the whole coconut range of Dr Organic smells nothing like coconut. My mum used this once as she wanted to try and she also confirmed she couldn't smell any coconut, only citrus. The shampoo lathers and washes off well but the lemon smell can be a bit overpowering at this point. Strangely, I did find my hair dried quicker when using this shampoo but maybe I'm imagining this! The scent of the shampoo doesn't last long at all. Once my hair was dried I could barely smell the shampoo and at the end of the day I definitely couldn't smell it at all. Overall i'm not sure I think much of this shampoo. It hasn't left my hair feelings it's best and after not long at all (often a day or less later) my hair looks dull and almost greasy looking. When using my previous shampoo my hair would stay shiny and some strands appeared to sparkle a bronze like colour but I don't get this at all with this shampoo. This is disappointing as I have found the deodorant from this brand to be very good. I guess I'll continue my hunt to find a natural shampoo that doesn't leave my hair looking dull!

Faisant de l'eczéma je cherchais un shampoing n'irritant mon cuir chevelu. Pari gagné, ce shampoing est top pour mon cuir chevelu et mes cheveux apprécient aussi. De plus il est économique le shampoing coule lentement dans la main et une demi-noisette au creux de l mains est suffisante pour un shampoing cheveux courts.
