Great sliders! I use them for at home barre workouts and they work perfect on my hardwood floor but also have another side you could use on carpet too!

NOT for use on Any surface
DEFINITELY NOT for use on any surface. Sadly, that picture above is after one set of mountain climbers, used on an epoxy coated floor. Why use them on the epoxy floor? Because they surely don't work on the rubberized floor mats you find at most gyms. Flip them over and use them on carpet, you say? Kinda suck there too. Current working solution - I use them on top of a large piece of cardboard. Better yet, just cut out some cardboard squares and use those. They work great on the epoxy floor or on top of the large piece of cardboard I now have on my home gym floor.I suspect that probably work good on some floor, but overall disappointed. I think I'm gonna check the brand they have at the professional gym.
