Whether you’re on Keto diet, diabetic type 2 or both, this to me is the Holy Grail of sugar free sweetener. I have been using Stevia in the Raw 9.7-ounce bag for several years now to help with my diabetes and did not notice it had the bulking agent maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is a white powder made from corn, rice, potato starch, or wheat. Maltodextrin is not good for people with type 2 diabetes, keto diet or insulin resistance, as Maltodextrin has an even higher glycemic index (GI) than table sugar.So, I recently started keto diet and being a diabetic it was time to cut Maltodextrin out of my life. So, I began to search for best natural sugar free substitute the usual suspect came up, Stevia, Monk fruit, Erythritol and Allouse. Reading the pros and cons of each one of those sugar substitutes, it was enough to make my head spin as to which one I was going to pull the trigger.Then I found HighKey Monk Fruit Stevia Erythritol & Allulose Sweetener Blend searching Amazon and said what the hell to myself, lets try it. The very first thing I made was Keto ice cream using this as my sweeter and let me tell you it was Fantastic! Over the next week I made couple of Keto Fat bombs and could not believe how this blend was as sweet or sweeter than sugar. So, the crucial and final test was how does it taste in my coffee and how much do I have to use? With Stevia in the Raw 16 ounce of coffee I would use 2-3 heaping teaspoons, with Heykey Sweetener Blend about 1 ½ teaspoon.I am 100% hooked on this heavenly Sweetener and will continue to purchase this fine product. Now if HeyKey would sell this in say 2-5 lb packaging and make a brown sugar substitute version would be my suggestion.

It's not quite as sweet as sugar but it looks just like it. Has some weight to it. There is a cooling sensation if you touch it to your tongue by itself but it is not long lasting nor does it affect the taste of the food.I bought this because after researching the safety of artificial sweeteners I learned that this combination is less "harmful" than others. It's a small bag but it's denser than Splenda and should last a while. The sweeteners in this product do not affect the glucose level in the blood and that was the main reason I decided to switch to it.

I liked that it is close to the taste of sugar. But I still can detect a slight bitterness at the end even in small amounts when used in coffee and tea. I add a small amount of Splenda which gets rid of the bitterness. In baked goods, you don't have the bitterness. Really depends on how you want to use it. The price is okay but not comparable to other blends.

Ordered these when they had the BOGO offer, came super fast. I've been on keto for a year now and have tried different sugar substitutes. I have really bad sugar cravings so I am always trying to bake something and generally always fail (I'm not a baker). These though, i have to say are the best sugar substitute that I've used. There's no bad aftertaste. I recently found a good recipe for Keto pancakes and it calls for 1 TBS of my preferred sugar. The first time I had made it, I used Truvia and pancakes were ok. But second time I made it, I used the High Key Monk Fruit Stevia Erythritol & Allulose, OMG... big difference from truvia. No aftertaste and nice sweet flavor. I will continue to use this for my sugar substitute. A must have in your Keto pantry for all my fellow Keto-ers. Also, their Customer Service was fabulous!

I really love this product. I have been using it for everything. I've made everything from my morning coffee is to my chocolate chip cookies with this sweetener and I've been so impressed. It dissolves nicely and it bakes well. I don't think I'll be going back to my other sweeteners anytime soon. Not to mention high key snacks has the best chocolate chip cookies. Love the product and brand! Thank you!

I have tried a lot monk fruit sweeteners on Amazon. This one has a really good taste. There is a very slight cooling effect, but the flavor is very pleasant and sweet. I tried it in coffee, smoothies, and baking. It worked very well in all. BUT... I can get the same quality from other products at almost half the price. And a few of those others are twice as sweet as sugar instead of 1:1. I won't be ordering this one again, unless the price comes down to about $7. It is not at all the price they are asking. It may have something to do with adding allulose to the mix, but in my opinion, allulose does not add anything to the blend.

I find when you mix your sweeteners they together create a Pleasing taste no after taste , no cooling just the right natural sweetness without sugar! Love it !

I’m a big fan of HighKey products (have you tried their cookies - so yummy) and was excited when they came out with sweetener.I’ve been wanting to try allulose in my brownie recipe because most other sugar free sweeteners make for slightly dry brownies but allulose is crazy expensive. Enter HighKey! It is a blend but it did the trick. Like all sugar free brownies (well, any brownies) I slightly under-baked them and even after a couple days in the fridge, they stayed soft and chewy. I’m so happy with this new find.
