plastic side panels broke off after 30 seconds !!
I have quite a few original Dinky cars and lorries from my childhood, all with chipped paint and very very well used, still going strong today. I bought this truck for my little boy and the side and rear opening panels are plastic with very flimsy hinges, that broke off literally within 30 seconds of play. The rear left post was also loose. This is constructed in no way like an original Dinky at all. I never bother writing negative reviews normally, but thought any prospective buyer should know. If you want to stick the truck on a shelf and never play with it, it'll be ok. If you want a child to actually play with it, then don't buy it, seriously.
