easy to take

Have been dealing with bone and joint pain that is a side effect of a medication I have to take. Was taking another similar product that wasn't getting it done but THIS worked in a couple days. Amazing product, great price.

My star rating is only based on the fact it didn’t give my husband any relief. Not saying it won’t work for someone else.

I take glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and other vitamins and nutrients to combat joint pain. This supplement has all of those items and more. I find, that at 62, I have aches and pains that I didn't have previously and rather than take prescription pain relievers, I prefer a different approach.

I wasn't that impressed with this product, I found another brand that worked better for me

I had to stop this and switch to just Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM only because of a possible allergy. After a month my arthritis was worse and my allergy was no better. Since I did not seem to be allergic to any the ingredients in this supplement I was happy to go back on it, and once again, something in it really helps with aching.
