Works well, sometimes it needs a few extra sprays as it needs to hit the right spot, also wears off as the night goes on, but still better than anything else I have tried over the last 5 years.

I wasn’t too sure about these, it was the thought of putting them in my mouth and leaving it there BUT, they are so easy to pop on roof of your mouth and ease them back slightly so they rest on the soft palate. They stick like glue and slowly dissolve so don’t worry about them coming adrift. The strip slowly becomes almost gel like but it’s minty fresh and not intrusive. These have helped reduce my snoring and I added them to using my usual snore strip. In the morning I find my throat and mouth aren’t sore. Good value for money, these are something I now feel I can’t do without.

This oral spray for the back of the throat is meant to lubricate the palate and be an aid to stop snoring. In my case with closed mouth snoring in a fit non overweight man with no alcohol or other risk factors it was totally useless. Had no effect at all.

I found squirting this into the back of my throat less than pleasant although the flavour is not that bad. However it would have been a small price to pay if it was decently effective. Unfortunately this only had a fairly small effect on the volume of my snoring (allegedly). I do think that if you are desperate to find an answer to the rather thorny issue of snoring and upsetting your partner, it might be worth a try but its not cheap. There are many possible 'solutions' to try ranging from pretty much 'snake oil' through to slightly effective though to 'hey this seems to work!!'. For my type of snoring this falls in the slightly effective. I have found mouth tapes a much better answer personally.

I tried this over a period of 2 weeks and unfortunately it did not work well for me. I also did not like the scent/flavouring of the spray I found it made the experience of the spray that extra bit less unenjoyable to use. My partner noticed no improvement to my snoring loudness or intensity. That being said this is my own experience, and your own mileage may vary.

Stops even the most super-est of snorers for a while! So I snore like a truck in a crash and sometimes even wake myself up but my partner notices it definitely isn’t as bad when I have used this! That means less pokes in the back or smacks around the chops to wake me if the poke doesn’t work. Lasts a few weeks and not unpleasant tasting.

I've tried a full bottle of this and yes it does work, however as I have discovered with testing - one squirt didn't make any difference - you have to thoroughly saturate the back of your throat and keep it there for a while as it forms a sort of coating over the area. Boyfriend was absolutely amazed and thought my snoring was cured, however it is simply symptom management as if you don't use it the next night, I'm told the snoring is back to regular deafening levels. I personally couldn't tell either way as I sleep fine completely unaware of the noise. I've ordered another bottle for his sake but I doubt I'll keep it up due to the price as the last bottle lasted just under a week with the 4-5 squirts needed. It is pleasant -nice and minty taste, and since it does really work I'd definitely recommend giving it a go if people are complaining about your snoring, try a couple of squirts and see if less works for you.

Ich schnarche. Das wusste ich bereits, aber nicht wie schlimm es war. Mein Freund hat es mir dann berichtet. Um dies selbst zu hören und zu bestätigen, habe ich eine App runtergeladen, die die Nacht aufzeichnet. Und was ich da gehört habe, ist wirklich grauselig. Also musste eine Lösung her. Schnell. Auf der Suche nach Hilfe bin ich u.a. auf dieses Spray gestoßen und habe es sofort bestellt (zusammen mit einem Schnarchring). Es kam sofort (und mittlerweile auch häufig) zum Einsatz und jedesmal hat es 100% geholfen! Es herrscht Ruhe. Ich bin sehr froh und dankbar dafür und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Anwendung ist kinderleicht: schütteln, Stab hochdrehen, 3x in den Rachen sprühen. Fertig. Schmeckt sehr pfefferminzig, aber angenehm. Und wie gesagt - bei mir wirkt es super.

Snoreeze really works. In response to desperate pleas to do something about my snoring, and wanting to avoid surgery or CPAP, I searched for this product which I'd used with success a decade earlier. I can't understand why this isn't available in US shops, but thankfully it is available through the magic of the interweb. A couple squirts in the back of the throat before bed is all it takes. The taste is good and the results are better. Unfortunately, you must use it every night, but I find that after a few good nights of sleep, my wife doesn't notice if I skip using here or there.
