Great knee brace I purchased three different versions of this brace and they are all great. Great fit and feel helps relieve pain and you feel the added support instantly. The relief is almost immediate the fit and compression just the right measure. I wear them all day without discomfort and I do about 7590 steps a day. Seem to be well made wish I had found these years ago. Not all braces are made the same trust me stop looking buy it now.

This is a great compression knee brace. My wife has Cerebral Palsy and fell in the shower in September. (Yes, we have a sturdy handrail and she uses a shower chair) After that, she went to an orthopedic doctor, and found out that she had really bad inflammation in her knee. The doctor had given her a steroid shot that lasted 2 weeks and another type of knee brace was recommended to her. However, that knee brace wasn’t really helping her with the pain. Although her inflammation pain has improved, her knee has still been hurting as it heals. As soon as she put on this compression knee brace, her pain decreased significantly. She was able to walk normally around the house, and was even able to get up and down the ramp outside our house with very minimal help. Prior to getting this brace, she could barely walk because the inflammation was so bad. She says this brace is easy to get on and off, and it is comfortable to wear all day. (She does not sleep in it) Although she still has a ways to go before her knee is completely better, this knee brace has made things so much easier for her! It’s definitely worth the price. It doesn’t slip down at all, although some reviews here say that it does. She has not had any issues with it coming off. She wears leggings mostly, and although it fits under leggings, it is a little noticeable. Make sure you measure to get the right size. Otherwise, it will be too tight and will be uncomfortable. She says she really likes the gel pad in the middle, and she’s happy that this brace offers support and compression all the way around the knee.

This brace fits great, is comfortable, and gives you instant support. We've seen instant improvement of knee support for a middle school-age basketball player. My son no longer complains of knee pain from his Osgood-Schlatters after practice and games. I only have two complaints: 1) is that it collects a lot of lint (and we haven't washed it); and 2) these are way too colorful and I'm not a fan of the two color options; who wants a colorful knee brace that brings attention to an injury? No thank you. Suggestion: make a version in all black or even flesh/skin tones

My sons both have been wrestling for 7 years, and knee pain is something that's pretty common in this sport. They've had a couple of different knee pads over the years, but none have really helped. A coach suggested NEENCA to us, and they'll never wear another type of kneepad after using this one. It supports their knee, which helps to minimize any pain, and the circular pad on the front of the knee protects their knee from hitting the mat too hard when they take shots. I see tons of wrestlers at tournaments that also wear NEENCA, so it obviously works well, and is well known in the sport of wrestling.

I've been having very bad knee pain stemming from a running injury on my right side that has progressively taken over both of my knees. I couldn't even walk for 30 min without my knees killing me. I started with one brace on the side that's much more affected and I walked around for nearly an hour with no pain. My other knee did start to hurt pretty bad as I ended my walk. I switched the brace to that knee and instantly no more pain. I just ordered a 2nd one LOL. The fit is pretty good. I decided to go a size down and that was perfect. It stays in place for the most part. It definitely is a very noticeable difference and look forward to being able to get out and excercise more without pain!

I have only had this knee brace for two days but so far I love it! It felt very comfortable while providing support. It doesn't move like previous knee braces. The gel ring around the knee cap is especially helpful. It is a bit bulky so not so great under more fitted slacks or jeans. But I mostly just wear one at home anyway so no problem for me. Be sure to check the size chart. I ordered two sizes, and the large is perfect so I will be returning the extra large.

I'm 8 weeks out of a knee replacement surgery and I'm still having some issues with pain in the back of the knee that causes it to feel like it wants to collapse. I tried another brace that had a hinge in the back but it didn't work at all. This one is comfortable and it has a doughnut shaped pad that surrounds the kneecap. It doesn't solve the back of the knee pain but it does reduce it making it easier for me to walk without the aid of a cane. This is a big deal for me because I'm scheduled to go back to work in less than two weeks, this brace is going to make that easier for me. I really like the doughnut pad around the kneecap, not for the immediate issue with the back of the knee but for future applications. After I'm fully recovered I will be right back to skydiving and while it might seem counterintuitive, landing "gear up" on the knees is better than attempting standup landings. Stand up the landing and risk too much impact on the knee, hyper extension, etc... Sliding in on the knees significantly reduces risk of re-injury to the knees and with these doughnut pads, it reduces risk of injury to the kneecap. I've just ordered a second one of these and I will wear them on both knees when I start jumping again.

Compré esta rodillera por la cantidad de opiniones positivas que tenía. Sin embargo, no se adapta a mis necesidades... Tengo luxaciones recurrentes de rótula y compré esta rodillera para utilizarla durante la práctica deportiva (pádel), pero no se adapta a los movimientos, reduce la movilidad y aprieta tanto que me produce dolor al flexionar las piernas. No me parece nada cómoda.
