I dont like armrests on my chair. Can the armrests be adjusted really low in this chair?

They can be adjusted pretty low. Low enough that my elbows don't reach them. You can also leave them off the chair completely. They're mounted to the seat (you attach them upon assembly), and are not important for the construction or stability of the chair.

this looks like the V1 can someone confirm? I'm highly interested. I'm 6'2" cant find a comfortable office chair

I am 6'2" and quite heavy. I have been using mine for at least 6 years now in my home office. I have had to replace parts. Some things they replaced, some I had to pay for, but worth it overall even if I had to pay for all the parts. It fits me well, is fairly comfortable and allows me to lean back in it, even if it is slightly short of my head. I may buy another one (for a different use) soon too.

What is the material on the seat pan? The picture appears to be a leather-like material, but the description states mesh??

It's definitely a mesh. I'm not actually sure what the exact fabric used in the mesh is made of, but I think it's nylon. Couple of things you might want to know:1) It's definitely strong. I have a friend that's nearly 350 pounds that's sat in it frequently and the mesh doesn't even appear to be distorted in any way, let alone weakened or broken.2) The material doesn't really stick to your legs like leather does. Hot or cold, if you're wearing shorts or something and part of your actual skin is on it, you don't get any of that unpleasant stickiness.3) It's easy to wipe the actual mesh down to clean it. However, where the mesh meets the sides of the seat frame there's a noticeable crease. This crease will catch crumbs if you ever eat something in the chair and it can be a mild annoyance to clean the crumbs out. Not really a big deal, but I thought I'd mention it.4) The mesh seat gives, what is to me, a perfect combination of sturdy perch coupled with flexible relaxation.

Can the headrest be adjusted front to back? I have had many that push my head too far forward.

I can not find a position where the headrest does not push my head forward, and its not removable without special tools. It makes the chair unusable for me.
