I can’t say enough about this foot cream!
I only write reviews in extreme cases and this is one of them. This cream is amazing! The scent is pleasant. I’m picky about lavender. Lavender scented things can be quite perfumy to me, but actual lavender and lavender essential oil is nice. This would definitely fall under that category. It just smells nice and calming. As for the consistency, I think it’s the best moisturizer that I’ve had. It’s thick and creamy. It’s so smooth, you can’t wait to rub it on, but it soaks in right away. It’s like it’s what your skin has been waiting for it’s whole life. IT IS NOT GREASY AT ALL!!! After I put it on my feet and rub it in, rub my hands together a couple of times to get the rest to soak in, then instantly I can snap my fingers. I have never liked the feeling of lotion on my hands, which has been especially difficult post-Covid, with the frequent hand washing. I usually apply lotion and then wash it off of my fingers. NOT with this cream. I apply the cream at night or after a shower. It doesn’t leave residue on my sheets. I even use my iPad after applying it and there are no greasy prints on my screen. And my feet are as smooth as a baby’s butt! Yes, I know the price might be higher than you want to spend on your feet, but I absolutely don’t regret it. And you use so little, it’ll last quite a while. This stuff is like a foot spa in a tube!

Foot Saver
I suffer from cracked heels, especially in the summer when flip flops are my main source of pedi-transport. A few things: 1. It works immediately with on-the-spot hydration. The consistency is thick but not greasy. I use about a dime’s worth on each foot before bed or when I get out of the shower, and that’s enough to transform my feet from dead-snake-skin rough to something more rose-petal smooth. When I use this before bed, I find that my feet glide smoothly under my sheets. The cream absorbs into my skin without leaving a residue on my sheets. Most importantly, I have a tendency to rub my feet together and with this cream, it’s joyful to experience my feet feeling like little silky hairless cats rubbing against each other. (Sorry. It’s the only way I can describe this sensation and will stop.) Next… 2. The scent is great: subtle and doesn’t linger long. Smells like the REAL lavender in my front yard (sans bees), not synthetic. Because this is foot cream, I use it and wash my hands afterwards, finding that there’s no residue, just a slight tint of lavender diluted by my soap de jour. Sometimes I go a little crazy and use it on my hands so that they don’t complain about my feet getting better treatment. Really, though, a nice, relaxing scent that makes one wonder why Simon and Garfunkel didn’t add lavender to their parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme litany. 3. I’ve used this product for the past few years; I use it about twice a week, targeting my heels, as noted, and go through about one tube per year. It’s expensive, so I use it sparingly but with steady, positive results. If you’re spooked by the price, maybe go with the travel-sized version before committing to this bigger tube. It’s pretty wonderful, so if you can, I’d urge anyone to just go for it and splurge, knowing that your feet will gleam after use. If you’re like me, you’ll be in awe of its magic and go down the rabbit-hole search for other L’Occitane products. (I am also a disciple of their Softening Almond Shower Oil.)

Great!!
Okay, I use many of the products in this line so this review will be for L'Occitane in general so that I can post it to all products . I am a beauty product junky, I love all beauty products, makeup, skincare, bath products, etc. if its a beauty product I love it! I have soo much stuff my hubby jokes that our master bath and my dressing room and vanity area has enough stuff to put Sephora out of business and that if we ever get into a tight financially we can have a beauty product business to fall back on! LOL! Of course he is exaggerating, sort of........ Okay, I do have a WHOLE lot of stuff. That said, I am a pretty good judge of beauty products, I have alot of products under my belt for comparison. I am one that believes that you get what you pay for, and it has been my experience far t beauty products, much like everything else, fall true to this belief as well. Name brand products mean better quality ingredients and better results. My large cache of products include La Prairie, Chantecaille, Chanel, Dior, Givenchy, Guerlain, Omorovicza, YSL, Sisley Paris, Etc.... you get the point. However, every now an then you will find a diamond in the rough, so to speak. That is what L'Occitane is. I have just recently started to purchase beauty products from Amazon. Although I shop here for everything else, it just never occurred to me to look for these items here, I normally shop at Sephora, Skinstore, beauty counters at the Mall etc. My first experience with the brand was a deluxe sample of this bath oil in a Sephora beauty VIP bag and I've been hooked every since!! I use the whole Almond line, the bath oil, body oil, hand soap, hand scrub, boy veil, boy scrub and I think there's a few more things I'm missing. I also use other L'Occitane products, I love the hand cream and The shampoo, conditioner and hair miracle mask. I have never used anything be this brand that I don't like, its all great!!! The products they offer are quality comparable to the other name brands I use at a fraction of the cost. They feel just as luxurious and produce the results they promise. I chose to write this review on the brand as apposed to the product for the simple reason that I want to be able to support this wonderful brand and do my part to ensure they have high ratings, but having so many products its unrealistic to write a specific review for each. So, my recommendation is pretty simple....., if its L'Occitane buy it.

Yes its pricey. But it is excellent.
You get what you pay for (sometimes). That is the case here. The product is excellent - particularly for feet, given its weight, viscosity and aroma. A treat for your very important and often neglected feet (and toes). Of course, feet are very personal - so some folks might very much prefer to take care of themselves in this regard and leave things at that. But - lovers, couples, spouses, partners or even very good friends - consider offering to apply this very lovely product on each others' feet. It could serve as a gesture of extreme care (and love) and it could definitely strengthen your bond.

Best hand and foot cream of all time
I tried this on my feet and they are soft and moisturizing. Used on my painful red dry hands too. I used it twice yesterday and my hands, after washing them a hundred times, are still very soft. The deep redness is better and I haven't used it today because they are feeling and looking great!!

Love the lavender smell!
I read the reviews and bought this cream on sale, but wow. I love it. The natural lavender smell is amazing - light but just enough to feel relaxed. And rubbed on my feet, my feet and heels are soft. I think I sleep better due to the lavender on the feet.
