Seychelle filter bottles are the best!
I have used a Seychelle water filter bottle for 3 years now. I can take it on an airplane. I can take it anywhere I go. I keep one at the school where I work as a teacher on my desk and I keep one at home that I can take in my car. Now this new slightly smaller Seychelle bottle may not hold as much water, but it fits in my purse, and I can run with it when I'm working out. As long as you keep the bottle clean and change the filter every several months or so the water will taste wonderful. My aunt told me about this bottle four years ago, now I tell everyone.

Big mistake... cumbersome to use
Not what I wanted. Too hard to use.

Great taste, bad design
Although this filter did produce a great tasting filtered water the actual process was a bit annoying. I bought this bottle for my 8 year old in hopes that it would filter out the water that is available at his school. We put the water in it and followed directions and squeezed the bottle until the water ran through. Once it was set up I gave it to him to begin use, not as easy as it sounds. You would think he could just drink from it or suck the water out of the bottle like a normal bottle. This bottle you have to squeeze and suck at the same time, when I say squeeze I mean squeeze. If you don’t squeeze hard enough it doesn’t work, no water, no nothing. So I would keep in mind if you want to be bothered with having to squeeze hard and suck hard at the same time, nice cheap bottle. But if you’re elderly, a child or weak handed pass this one up and opt for the bottle with the straw, returned this bottle for that one and it works great.

I'm usually thrilled with my Seychelles purchases but not this time.
I have two, one-gallon Seychelles pitchers so I expect this to work as well. Not close. The bottle was too small with the filter which you need to use as a straw, meaning it doesn't hold a full 20oz of water. If you don't have very large hands (mine are too small for most gloves) or strong ones, trying to get water out of this is frustrating because you have to squeeze it through the filter to drink. I bought it for a trip I took cross-country and ended up buying expensive bottled water to replace what they meant it to do--give me easily drinkable water from the tap. I returned it as soon as I got back in town.

Great survival add-on!!
Cant go wrong with Seychelle products. Water tastes like it's supposed to. I did a test by taking dirt and mixing it in water and filling up the water bottle and to my surprise it was completely clear. So now I have peace of mind if I need to filter poor quality water! Try it yourself!

All around good bottle!
The bottle was convenient to carry, fit well in my hand, and the filter seemed to work effectively. My only complaint is that it is a little hard to get the water through the filter. But that's a small price to pay for a portable filter.

Hard to drink
Happy with the filtration, however, hard to drink. You have to have a lot of suction to get a sip of water. On a hot day, takes a lot of effort to quinch your thirst.
