Terrible, won’t harden to peel off.
Terrible!! I have bought this wax before and just use the “buy again”. It’s not the same stuff. It is clear where is was a lighter cream color and it is liquid in the jar. I tried using it and it drops everywhere even after 40 minutes. I had a hard time getting it off my skin and dripped in the bathroom granite counter and my teeth shirt. It still sticky in the counter. I am trying everything I have to remove it. I was hoping it would harden do I could peel it off but not hardening at all. I will never buy this again and letting the company know about this. Maybe I got a bad batch, I don’t know but never again.

The worst wax ever used in over 35 years!
The wax is not doing what it is supposed to do… remove hair. I have been waxing for more than 35 years and have a lot of experience. An experience like this one never happened. This product is not was expected. I followed the instructions as it varies from brand to brand. It never warmed up after 1 minute but 5 minutes and it wasn’t hot just warm to the skin. I never experienced that with any product before. It should have been a warning. The wax was very difficulty to apply and wouldn’t not come off of ski with a cotton band/bandelette . It would not remove much hair either after using my hand to remove the wax. I warmed up the wax 2 more times ( separate time) 15 seconds with little results as it cool off very fast. I got frustrated with it. It was sticky but not removing hair and it got stuck to a strand of hair ( I lost that strand), beach towel I was waxing on, clothes, cabinets, handles, shower knobs, handles etc! I have spent over 3 hours on attempting to get rid of this awful wax from skin, fabric, knobs etccc with minimal progress. I took 3 showers so far and I have applied tons of petroleum jelly to my legs and hands where the wax got stuck the most. I have also attempted to clean cabinets, handles, knobs that were touched with my disgusting waxy hands and it’s still in progress. This product is not worth it: not the price of the product, the inability to effectively and cleanly remove unwanted hair, the time, effort and energy required to attempt to clean your house. This product should not be on the market. I can’t believe I got several jars because they are so small. Bottom line, I will shave when all that goo comes out ! Do not buy.

Creme Wax is a game changer!!
I got the Creme Wax and it is a game changer. Previously, I've gotten the original all purpose wax, and as easy as it is, it gets EVERYWHERE and has ruined some belongings bc it's so hard to get off. On a whim I decided to try the creme wax for sensitive skin. It was odd bc it was pink, but the learning curve was very quick. I only had to heat up the creme wax once the entire time. The all purpose wax I had to keep reheating and getting wax all over the microwave each time i did it with wax covered fingers. The creme wax goes a LONG way bc you can keep reusing the same strip for SO long before needing to add more for a new strip. I only needed 3 for both my calves. It was definitely powerful enough to rip out all my leg hairs (which is impressive as I have hairy calves lol). The time it took was SO much less- at least half the time compared to the all purpose wax. Not only did I BARELY feel it when I waxed, but clean up was a BREEZE compared to the all purpose wax. I may even try to wax other regions again ( armpits, public hair) bc it was so painless. The all purpose wax hurt wayyy too much that I couldn't even finish waxing them when I tried in the past, so I've only been waxing my calves. It was by FAR the best and easiest waxing experience I've ever had. The creme wax was as mess-free as you could possibly hope for in a waxing session. The wax itself dissolved a LOT easier than the all purpose wax and made it so much less stressful. I'm never buying anything else ever again to wax. Honestly, if you're debating, don't look any further bc this wax will become your new favorite too!

Learning Curve Involved, Love the end Results
I'll preface this by saying that I love the results and I will continue to use this product. However... It's not as easy as the directions and youtube videos make it seem. I have never waxed my own eyebrows before but due to corona I was forced to take matters into my own hands or continue to feel like a cavewoman. I would HIGHLY recommend testing a small patch on your leg or on an orange or something to see what the viscosity is like. I did not expect it to be as "drippy" as it was and accidentally spilled it over my entire eyebrow! I completely freaked out and thought I was going to lose my eyebrow. If this happens warm up a wet wash cloth in the microwave and dab it over the wax to melt it off without having to lose your hair. It worked. Once I figured out that it was much more drippy than the videos I watched I had it under control. Less is more. You can always take away more but you can't but it back. The wax never felt too hot on my skin, it removed hairs effectively, and there is A LOT of product for the price you pay. Great value and it's highly effective. This may be more user error but I also had trouble getting the wax to come off in one quick swipe. It came off easy enough but it came off in pieces. Not a big deal just something to note. It's not an easy skill to learn but with practice I think that anyone can use it. Just practice before you put it on your face. Everyone will tell you it's super easy which it is eventually is but not from the beginning.

Very easy to use
Easy to use. I used it on my eyebrows very carefully and it worked great. I then used a tweeters to get the remaining hair that the wax missed. To get the wax off my eyebrows I used a wash cloth with warm water and face wash. Easy to heat up 30 seconds the first time then 15 more seconds for the second time.

Messy, messy!
I've used wax products before so I was optimistic about being able to use this item. A strip free way to remove hair using only my microwave to warm it?! Yes please! Or, so was my first initial feeling. Let's start with some positives! -The smell is pleasant. -The quantity for the price is great in my opinion. -Not painful. I mean, you feel it. But it doesn't feel like you're ripping off all of your skin. -Barely any irritation. I have sensitive skin so I usually get irritation easily. I was happily surprised with how calm my skin was afterwards (a little redness but horrible and no sting!). Now, the not so great. -Melting. Mine took forever to melt in the microwave! I understand that could easily be my or the microwaves fault. I still became a little frustrated with how long it took. -Did not pull as many hairs out as I'd like. It got a few, but not many. I found I had to attempt to rewax some of the areas. Even that didn't get all the hairs. -CHIPPED AS I TRIED TO WAX. Meaning, some of the wax refused to leave my skin! Instead of coming off in my piece, which I was aiming for, some pieces chipped off and broke away leaving me to have to pick them off... if that makes sense. -Got everywhere! And I mean, everywhere. No matter how well I set up or careful I was, it somehow got on my floor, on the sink, and even on a towel. So far, I'm not in love. I'll give it another shot. I probably did something wrong so! I'd like to try again and hopefor better results. Will update at that time!!!

The bomb
Love this stuff!! Been waxing my own eyebrows/ stache for 14 years!! I used to use a sally Hansen and then another brand but this is better than both. Might buy another just to stock up! I use a popsicle stick to apply and scrape it all off while hot so it’s ready for next use :)
