Her books take you on such a journey, and I can’t turn the pages fast enough to find out what is going to happen next. I want to take my time reading her books, but I also want to read them so quickly because I need to know how things are going to turn out. Noah Becker is the hero all the girls are going to want! He is a little rough around the edges but the man has a heart of gold. This book kept me guessing from the beginning until the end. I’m so excited that this is just the beginning for the Becker brothers!!

On the Rocks by Kandi Steiner completely stole my heart. It is a sweet southern slow burn romance, with just the right amount of angst & drama. Noah Becker is a barrel raiser and the quintessential southern gentleman. He was perfection and he made my heart melt. Ruby Grace Barnett is the Mayor’s daughter. She’s selfless, a little innocent, and a bit naive. Ruby is just kind of going along with the motions of how she feels her life is supposed to go, when she is reunited with the boy she used to sit behind in the church pew growing up.One of the things that I love about this story is how Noah sees her from day one in a way that no one else has ever seen her before. He helps her to see herself in a way that she was just trying to forget. The chemistry between Noah and Ruby is something else. They have this instant connection and unconditional love for one another at a soul level; it's beautiful. I loved these two so much!The side characters were all fantastic. I devoured this book and I can’t wait to see what’s going on with the rest of the Becker boys as the series continues. If Noah is any indication, Mama Becker raised some good boys! I loved this story, and I would highly recommend it! Kandi did not disappoint me one bit.

You know when you read a new book and once in a while you think 'that was so refreshing, and amazing and and and...', well On The Rocks by Kandi Steiner was exactly that for me.The list of positive vibes it held and the twists you never expected had me so amped up I found it extremely hard to put down.Stratford is a town with a reputation for making some of the finest whiskey in Tennessee, that of which also has a major impact on the community.Noah Becker is known as a trouble maker, and upon meeting a particular little lady he had no idea just how much trouble he would be in. Once he realises the fact, he will stop at nothing to get what or whom he wants.Ruby Grace is a lovely, caring and very giving woman who finds herself in a rather big situation. Will she fight or let go of the only hope she's ever had?This book was so magical; the amount of times I found myself smiling while engrossed in the pages, or mentioning to friends how much I was enjoying it and the well thought out ending that really had my feels on overdrive was beyond amazing!I loved every minute of it and cannot wait for more in the future.It comes highly recommended.

This whole series was delightful and I recommend reading them all in order.#1 On the Rocks - a sweet story about 2 people who get the wrong impression of each other when they first meet, but are clearly perfect for each other - it just takes a series of missed opportunities and mistakes for it to all fall into place.#2 Neat - this story is much more passionate and steamy than the first. The couple find a passionate love but that their families struggle to support and leads to difficult decisions over loyalty. I enjoyed this even more than the first book.#3 Manhattan - this a friends to lovers story but it has its own unique take on this idea.#4 Old Fashioned - this is the final book and the love story is tender and deals with racial identity and domestic abuse. It also concludes the mystery of the death of Mr Becker senior - this mystery is woven through all of the books with little clues dropped throughout the series (do not just read book 4 because you will miss the gentle build up and subtle clues). There is no plot twist, and by the time the mystery is unveiled I had pretty much worked out the details, however this is not a criticism, I enjoyed piecing the clues together and anticipating the ending.Need to make a mention of Betty - this character in her 80s is just delightful and has some of the best lines (book 3 especially) and I just loved this character!

I loved this book from the very first page to the very last one!On The Rocks is the first book in the Becker Brothers series where we follow Noah's story but we get to meet his amazing family of brothers and his adorable momma along the way which made me want to read their books to find out their stories as I completely fell in love with the Becker family.Noah is one hot cookie, just a shame he's not real :( lol.5 stars from me, I'd highly recommend this book!

Yet another fab read by the talented Kandi Steiner!This cover actually drew me in making me pick this for my next read by Kandi.. its beautiful and made me want to read this story badly... I feel like I want to give this story 5 stars but unfortunately it was lacking something for me but I did really really enjoy it.So we have Noah.. rough ready boy with a past Noah.. still living near home in his small town in the whisky factory that his dad had a major part in.Then we have Ruby Grace.. back in town to marry her doting political fiance.. she is giving up her life to support him in his new career...But when Ruby Grace goes to buy her husband to be a gift these characters get more than they bargained for!Angst.. swoon worthy moments.. emotions.. laughter and more is all combined to give us this great read!

Loved this book from start to finish. Kandi has such a way of writing characters that you automatically fall in love with them and feel everything they feel. I swear at one point my heart actually hurt. Fantastic HEA and definitely one I will read again when I an in need of a pick me up. Thank you Kandi.

Have read several of Kandi Steiner's books and have loved every one. On the Rocks has that wonderful element of angst so that the reader doesn't know until the end whether they are going to get their HEA or not. A beautifully crafted book which I know you will love. Buy it now.
