I’ve tried many other brands and this is by far the best! I was able to wean off of Gabapentin pharmaceuticals by replacing with turmeric/curcumin. I have been taking this for at least 7 years now. Highly recommend!

What does one say about this product

I've been using the Tumeric Whole Body supplements for awhile now and especially to prevent any type of inflammation issues before my menstruation. I do notice less flare ups in pain. I also use this to prevent pain in my arm due to an old sprain. But I can't really say 100% how effective this product is. I suppose if you really want to find out, you can do some sort of tests with a doctor. There are controversies involving the efficacy of turmeric and is it really a beneficial health product. Some say it's a placebo. Realistically though, turmeric root is an herb and has been used for centuries and in many countries. So, based on that stat alone, I think I can trust it to be pretty effective. I noticed that when I don't use this regularly, I feel sluggish and the pain in my arm increases. I usually get the 90 capsules since you have to take 2 pills a day and it's a more economical choice. Amazon is the best pricing for this right now so I will continue to purchase the Mega Foods Turmeric for as long as needed. And based on my own previous experience with Mega Foods, they use whole foods rather than extracted components. Imagine eating a cup each of carrots, ginger, broccoli, and so forth each day. You probably couldn't do it just on the amount alone. So, supplements are truly the only other way to get whole foods inside your system and to keep you healthy.

The pain and inflammation that I've had in my leg for two years in easing in part because of this very safe herbal remedy. My x-ray showed no breakage occurred but my lower leg was swollen --inflamed and very painful. I was looking for a remedy that was safer than a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug and would not contribute to a bleeding stomach even when taken as recommended. Now, I think I've found it. It's much easier than making a tea or cooking with Indian spices and herbs and it works equally well at reducing pain and inflammation. I am very pleased. As with all remedies, I do not over take the amount recommended, but it still works. The pain has subsided and the inflammation is greatly reduced. Thanks for a non-"biologic" remedy made with whole foods, which works without dangerous side effects.
