Only Natural Valerian Root Softgels, 1,000 mg, 60 Count

Every day I was unable to maintain my sleep. I'd wake every 2 hours, or 3 hours, and sometimes be completely unable to get back to sleep, or wait 3-4 hours before I could finally fall asleep. I was suffering. I tried this valerian root. It has worked. The first few days I had pretty vivid dreams, and my sleep wasn't quite restorative. But once that short period passed I was finally able to maintain sleep. I can now always sleep at least 4 hours, and sometimes 5 or 6 before waking. Falling back asleep is much easier, usually getting another 3-4 hours. A huge relief. It appears my dreams are more clear and memorable. There isn't an odor. I like the softgels, and the fact that a serving size is just one pill. The gel caps are a bit smaller than my magnesium capsules, which is great because it can fit into my pill container.

Although this did absolutely nothing for my sleeplessness, even at two capsules, I did give it three stars because it is high quality soft gels, no foul smell, and in a dark glass bottle. In all fairness, I am very difficult to get sleepy with medication.

Don’t work. Not sure what the formula is but tried this in place of my other brand and it does NOTHING to help me sleep or relax. Terrible. I broke a capsule open and it was a hard substance.

Wonderful sleep aid for those night where my brain will not turn off. Gentle and effective and no groggy feeling in the morning! I take either 1 or 2 capsules depending on how awake my brain is. I never let myself run out of this! Stinky but it's just a quick second while you take it...no after taste ever! So worth it. AND safe to take every night and not addictive.

This pill is easy enough to take. I've been taking for a few weeks now and have noticed 0 difference in how quickly I fall asleep. I would not purchase again.

Unusalble ....all the soft tablelets melted together on the inside of jar ...could not even pry them out

These are a perfect alternative to those who cannot take the capsules due to the smell. If you put these in the freezer there is no smell at all. One before bed gives me a perfect night sleep, and relaxes my muscle spasms. Highly recommend.
