Excellent value and well made. The snaps could be a little sturdier but a little pinch with the pliers and they cinch down well. Decent amount of storage and relatively waterproof. I definitely recommend using a little heat to mold them around the saddlebag bars for an easier install.

Love them. They look great on bike. Only complaint is they do come unsnapped as others have stated. We are adding a zip tie to keep them secured to the bar.

Best made bags.material is thick ,takes a little extra effort to snapthe snaps fully shut but well worth it,they look great also,would recommend and buy again

Theses bags are horrible to mount !!! I have a Roadking with stock saddle bag guards. The snaps keep popping open!! I cut off snaps & replace them with bolts.. They also HIT PASSENGER LEGS STICKS OUT TO MUCH!! So mounting them to Front engine guard bars is a better suggestion. The waterbottle holder is for small bottle. Also you need two hands to take it in & out, Not good if you want a sip of water while riding.

Like my headline states these bags are the correct size to actually fit on stock Harley Bagger rear crash bars!!! The fit nice and tight. Snap well. Seem to be made well. Actually holds all 4 seasons of riding gloves inside. I tried a few others offered on Amazon but they all were a good 5" too short to fit.

These bags are convenient to use once installed. They only hold a small amount so don't plan on loading them with rocks or you will be over the 1 pound weight limit. I put steel water bottles in each one and road the bike around. The water bottles stayed put. Issues: 1. Installation: These were difficult to install on my 2008 Harley-Davidson Road King Classic. The material was too stiff and/or too short to fit around the guards. As I pulled and stretched the ends, snaps kept unsnapping. Very frustrating. Finally, I got out a heat gun and heated up the vinyl (or pvc or whatever they are made of) to stretch the material so it would fit and stay snapped. I got them snapped when warm (careful because you could melt them) and they have stayed snapped once cooled down. Maybe heat should be added to the instructions for installation. 2.Fitment: These bags rub against the passenger floorboards I have on my Road King. The part that rubs is the locking tab on the front of the bag. I guess you could take that off if you were so inclined. Picture 1: The water bottle in place. Picture 2: The rub when the floorboard is up. Picture 3: Floorboard clears when down. That's the review for day one.

The bags themselves are not bad. Typically Saddlemen quality and fairly well designed. In the case of my order however, I ran into a couple of problems. The first issue was that when I received my order I was missing one bag completely. So I had to request a return and exchange. While I did get the replacement bags quickly, I still had to return the one orphaned bag which was a hassle. When it came time to actually install the bags, I discovered that the snaps were too loose and didn't want to stay snapped. If you even bumped the bag, the snaps came undone. Having just dealt with a return, I decided to do some modifications and live with it. I was able to do a semi-permanent mount, using zip ties, and now that they are on the bike, I like them. The only problem is that I cannot simply unsnap them if I need to take a bag off to get to my sidecovers. Not a big deal in the garage, but a pain, if I am on the road.

So far so good. It took me about 6 minutes to mount both bags on my 2012 Ultra Classic including the time it took me to remove and replace the saddlebags. The leather is thick and sturdy and the snaps seem well placed and solid. The pocket is big enough for a few items and zips closed in addition to the top flap snapping on the buckle. The water bottle holder is big enough for a regular sized water bottle, I'm thinking if I cut the mesh, the leather surrounding it in addition to the strap with the buckle will be sufficient enough to hold a bottle with a larger diameter. I will update my review if my opinion of the product changes.

Snaps seemed to be weak when installing and they kept coming undone as you attempted to install one end or another so i ended up drilling into the leather/fabric and installing chicago screws to hold bags in place..... not going anywhere now. Just be sure to put the screw portion on the inside of the installation ( against the hard bag side). Plenty roomy enough for wallet/ ownership and water bottle etc. Fairly easy installation once hard bags removed, but again, wasnt going to trust the snaps to keep these in place.
