I bought this backpack for a cool, young mom to use as her diaper bag. She wanted something fashionable that her hubby wouldn’t mind carrying either. This fit the bill!

Perfect size, looks and function

Actually carried it once and the bottom of it looks like it’s worn off a bit already? Not happy, especially for the price, it’s not cheap.. so?

I previously was using an older version of the skip hop duo for several years and decided to replace the backpack for something less bulky given my kids were getting older. The herschel backpack is a great size and practical for me (and 2 toddlers). I found the bag to be reallt unique in that it has a hidden velcro shelf to separate the top and bottom items which makes it so much easier to organize the inside the backpack without having to stack everything on top of each other like tetris. This makes the side pocket opening so useful to grab something quick like diapers or food pouches. I am able to keep a milk bag on the top shelf of the backpack without having to squish things underneath it. Before I would have the milk bag on the bottom bag and it was a struggle to get milk from it with things on top of it. I wish I had gotten this backpack sooner to utilize the diaper changer. It's a practical bag with great utilization of space on the inside.
