Got this cornstarch to fry some chicken, and so far it’s amazing. It gives the chicken a nice crispy crunch and is super easy to use. Great quality, mixes well, and definitely makes a difference in the texture. Highly recommend for frying or cooking in general.

I bought it for the non-GMO properties and I know that Clabber Girl is a reputable name in cooking supplies. Was a great price so I bought three. Only thing I could ask better was for it to be organic!

Ordered this for home recipes. At such an amazing price for the size, it was a great deal. The cornstarch is soft and not clumpy. I love that it is naturally gluten free and non-gmo. Will definitely buy again.
