Like virtually every All-Clad offering, this one is outstanding!
I searched for a 1 Qt Saucier from a number of companies that I have high regards for. This Tri-Ply Saucier from All-Clad was my final choice and I couldn't be happier!I make a lot of sauces and other things like clarifying butter and other mixes. The sloping sides of the pan are essential for being able to whisk evenly and not leave clumps in corners. I have larger sauciers but really needed a small one in the 1- 1.5 qt size and this fit the bill.Construction of the saucier is extremely good, and it is easy to clean. If necessary, a small amount of BarKeeper's Friend will bring it back to looking like new. Heating was equal over the whole saucier during use. No issues whatsoever, and it's also a great quick ramen pot!Wish there was a lid, but it would get very limited use, so it's not that big of a deal. I'll use my lidded 2.5Qt saucier if I need a cover. All in all, another clear All-Clad winner and at a very reasonable price as well. Highly recommended! Five -Stars and an A++ rating!

Perfect little saucepan.
This a sexy little pan. The weight is impressive for such a small pan, evident of their 'Handcrafted in the USA' label. It seems All-Clad has always purchased steel from USA based companies and uses local manufacturing with the exception of very little outsourcing on 'non-bonded' items like utensils, etc.. So it is great to see a company still making the bulk of their products here!We have a gas burning stove and this pan fits perfectly on the burner. I do, however, notice that when it is sitting on a flat surface and there is nothing in the pan, it can rock just slightly, so I am not sure how this would do on a flat surface stove. Other than that, it cooks very uniformly and feels great when holding it.

All clad no longer makes a lid for this so got the 6 inch Duxtop lid recommended by some reviewers
As described. All clad no longer makes a lid for this so got the 6 inch Duxtop lid recommended by some reviewers. The fit is not tight so lid has some shimmy. Otherwise, the lid is nice quality and looks good with the saucier.

Beautiful Little Pan Heats Fast and Evenly
The pan heats fast and evenly. The handle stays cool no matter how long I'm boiling the contents in the pan. It cleans beautifully. Another great All-Clad addition to my collection. I love the size which perfect for sauces and my morning oatmeal. It does tip over when empty if it is not perfectly placed on the irons of the burner. But I find that most little pans will do that especially it if has a heavy/log handle like this does. One problem I had with this particular pan was one of the rivets had a sharp edge to it. When I ran my finger over it, it snagged my skin and gave me a little cut. Instead of going through the hassle of online return/exchanges, I just asked my husband to file it down/smooth it out a bit. This worked for us but if you do not have the tools, you wouldn't be able to do this. I will say that this is not typical of All-Clad pots/pans and I have never encountered this problem before. If I were buying this in a store, I would have inspected it before taking it home. But since you don't have that luxury when buying online, things like this will happen from time to time.

Perfect size for Ramen noodles.
The quality is obvious when you hold this in your hand. The 1 qt pan sets firmly and flat on the stove. I looked every where for a 1 qt pan that was wider than it was deep and I settled for this. Perfect size for Ramen noodle. I will be replacing all my pans with this line of All-Clad. They are exspensive and I will buy them one at a time but it is money well spent.

High quality pot. Heats up fast and is pretty...for a pot.
Perfect perfectly built soup pan. I'm not a big sauce maker but it heats up a can of soup like a champ. Great quality. I'm starting to build up an inventory of All-Clad. Non-stick and steal with Al and Cp cores. They heat up faster than cheap pans which is nice.

Nearly perfect but needs a lid!
Fantastic product for smaller cooking chores - making gravy, cooking a few vegetables, caramelizing sugar, warming a bit of soup - anything you can think of that doesn't require a larger pan. It's solidly enough made that it does not tip over when you set it down empty, unlike our ancient Revereware one quart pan.Why I only gave it 4 stars: the lack of a lid. Admittedly, most things you'd do in such a small pan aren't likely to require a lit, but every now and then you need one. Because of this, we're keeping our old Revereware pan around even though I much prefer using the All-Clad.

Love this pan!
This is the perfect little pan for so many things! It’s our go-to pan for everything from warm-ups to making sauces. We bought it for our Florida condo, but will be buying one for our home also. Clean-up is easy! All-Clad is rather expensive but it’s the only cookware my husband will buy. You can’t go wrong with their products!

cuando llego el producto, parecia como de juguete el sarten por el tamaño, pero si me ha sido muy util para salsas y freir huevos.
