One of the few inoffensive flavors of low calorie pudding. A salvation for people on restricted calorie intake, who also have a sweet tooth. (I have a mouthful of them.) And the price is so much better than at your local grocery store, too.

It’s best mixed with milk. I use fat free or 1%.

I mix a package of this with a scoop of my vanilla protein powder and a cup and a half of the unsweetened, original flavor almond milk and it sets up, albeit thin, but still SO YUMMY! I can eat the entire thing for only 300 calories total!! And no sugar or fat! I like the whitew chocolate or cheesecake flavors for this, tried the vanilla and it just didn't taste as good.

My new favorite guilt free treat! I add it to cream cheese and mix well. Then I top it with blueberries and raspberries. Tastes like real cheesecake without thr calories and sugar.

My physician has been encouraging about incorporating healthy foods into my food plan. Greek yogurt was high on their list. Yet the consistency of Greek yogurt didn't seem appealing...until I put a spoonful of Jell-O Sugar Free Instant Pudding into the yogurt. The pudding completely changed the consistency...for the better...without changing the taste of the yogurt. Works great and makes it easy to stay on a healthier food plan. Enjoy!!

I always stand by this brand for their pudding. Even though it's sugar free the consistency of this pudding is great. It's does not come out watery or even tasting like it's sugar free.

We live the smooth creamy texture and btesutiful white color of this truely easy dessert pudding.White chocolate is our favorite pudding.

Like the product. Just wished it would be available to buy in smaller quantities. Now I have enough for a few years at least!
