Worked perfectly to torque the crank shaft bolt on our Gen3 4Runner with 5vz-fe engine. Well worth the cost in saving time and doing the install correctly. Perfect fit to the harmonic balancer.

Fit perfectly on the crankshaft and I could hold the crankshaft and torque the bolt.

Ended up doing a bump start to loosen my cs bolt. But this tool is heavy and the finish looks good. Just make sure you have bundles of upper body strength because that bolt doesn't come out easily.- meant to add -it's not the tool's fault that I ended up doing the bump start. Like I said, it's a solid tool, I definitely would go to it first for turning a CS Bolt, it's just that the one I got it for must have been put on with 400 ft/pounds of torque. But the tool itself is well-made and tough.Addition needed this tool for reattaching my CS bolt - worked perfectly. Held the shaft tight, and had no problems.

Fit perfectly into the key holes, was strong enough to take the 214lbs of torque needed to tighten the crank bolt. Finally a great tool that will stay in my toolbox instead of going back!

Will work on OEM 5VZFE crank pulley. Heavy build

Use will tear the rubber that adheres the harmonic balancer to the pulley. Not recommended unless you're prepared to get a new harmonic balancer for somewhere between $150 for aftermarket to $700 for eom.The rubber will not withstand the 217+ ftlbs required to loosen the crankshaft nut.
