Saved baby's skin in Thailand.
I bought this before a 3 week vacation in Thailand with my 4 month old. I was worried that the extremely strong Thai sun would be too much for her fair skin. It was so easy to get on and off her quickly, and dried really quickly too. It wasn't too hot for her to wear outside of the water either.. that was a big concern of mine, but the material is really light and cooling.I bought a size too big so she could continue wearing it in summer (our trip was in February) and sure enough at 9 months/22lbs she still fits it well.It didn't get 5 stars only because I dislike that the zipper comes all the way up the neck with no barrier to protect from accidentally pinching skin, I think it would be better if it had one. I never pinched her but I had to take care when I zipped up to the top.

Cute & my little boy loves it!
I purchased this for my son who will be 5 months old next week. I purchased it when he was 3 months. It fits great & will fit for a bit longer. It is definitely stretchy & will most likely fit until he is 6 months. We live in Hawaii, so this was a very necessary purchase. It is great sun protection & I am not sure if my little guy just loves the water or this suit, but he gets really happy & smiley when I put him in it! I will have him wear it as long as it fits and I figured by the time he grows out of it, he will be old enough to wear sunscreen. Size medium was not offered or available when I ordered this, but if it had been I would have probably ordered that instead of the small. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Nice suit, but beware of sizing
This is a nice functional swimsuit, highly recommended. But Amazon's sizing is not quite accurate. The description says S/6 mo, M/12 mo, and L/18 months. But when my medium arrived, the tag said 6-12 months. And indeed, it was too tight for my fairly-small 13-month-old. The real sizes should read:Small: 0-6 monthsMedium: 6-12 monthsLarge: 12-18 monthsIn addition, note that the arms and legs are 3/4-length, so they don't cover baby's limbs all the way down (unless you size up even higher). This slightly increases the area that requires sunscreen, but it's still much better than most other swimsuits.Hope this clarification helps you pick the right size the first time!

good sun protection, runs very large, some issues with fine sand
we love this swimsuit for the pool as it does a good job in protecting my child. be aware though that it runs very large. my child usually wears a size 3T in most clothes but 24 months is still a bit loose on her and will probably still fit in about 4-6 months. also we had a small issue while using it on the beach. the fine sand got in between the two fabric layers and is basically stuck there. it looks a bit like there are stains but it's the sand that we can't get out any more. we will continue to use it though because it does not affect the sun protection or wearability of the swimsuit.

Fits great! Feels nice.
I bought this in a Medium for my son (5 months old, 20 lbs, 28 inches) and it fits perfectly. He should be able to wear it through the summer, as it's nice and stretchy.I love that it has UPF protection and the material is nice and soft against the baby's skin; my only complaint really is that I wish the legs would be longer! It only goes to about my son's knees (granted, he's tall). I was hoping to avoid having to put too much sunscreen cream on him, but will have to put more on because of this.I also appreciate the snaps on the crotch/inside of the legs. That will make diaper changes quick and easy!

Best suit i've bought
I love these suits. Just bought a second one for this year. They're not as cute as those little two pieces and people ask me all the time why i have my kid in her pj's while at the beach or pool. I just tell them its a sun suit to protect her from the sun. My daughter is as white as snow when i take it off of her at the end of the day and i only had to apply sunscreen to her face, arms, and feet. If you get a larger size it covers more of their arms and legs and bonus you get to use it for another year. I also like that it covers her knees. During swim class they were teaching them to climb in and out of the pool and all the other kids were getting scrapped up knees. The fabric got a little worn in the knees because of this but it was her last year suit and was worn anyways. It's really easy to put on and take off and there are snaps for quick diaper changes. It's basically everything you could want from a swimsuit for a small child still in diapers.

Great One Piece Swimsuit
It's so hard to find one piece swimsuits for babies that are cute. This pales in comparison to the Hanna Andersson ones and wasn't much less expensive so I probably would just buy HA in the future. Got the 12 month size for my 9 month old and it's definitely huge. That being said, it does it's job of protecting baby from the sun and there's no issue of an exposed midriff or worrying about constantly reapplying sunblock. I'd advise shopping around for other suitsuits before ordering this one.
