I've been taking "Qunol Plus Ubiquinol CoQ10 200mg with Omega 3 Fish Oil 250mg" daily, for the past seven years, as part of my daily cardiac regimen. I use this particular produict because it's of high potency, because it's in Ubiquinol form (for enhanced absorbtion), and because it includes a significant dose of Omega-3 fish oil. I'm on high dose statin (80 mg Lipitor), which reportedly decreases Coenzyme Q10 levels, so I thought it would be beneficial to compensate with a supplement, and I chose this one. For the generous dosage, ubiquinol form, and omega-3 inclusion, this brand provides me with the best value. My cardiologist says my recovery has been remarkable, calling me an "outlier". It may have something to do with this, (he certainly doesn't argue against it). Good luck to all of you.
