I am very happy with this affordable and powerful pressure washer. Just a few things to put together out of the box that were easy to do and this unit is powerful enough to clean moss off of stepping stones. I knew this unit didn't have wheels but its small and light enough to move easily. At first I didn't like the idea of using a bucket or container to use as the intake source but its really not that difficult and will make using an appropriate cleaning product very easy. Customer service replied very quickly to my questions and was helpful and eager to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I did get the adapter to attach a hose directly which is available at this time directly from Amazon. I'm very happy with this affordable pressure washer.

This pressure washer has some power for the price. It’s easy to move and works really well. The only issue we had was connection to the hose. It isn’t a typical connection. So it leaked a little bit.

it works pretty good for knocking dirt from under you vehicle, but will not do much more than that due to the lack luster "duck bill" wand (upper half) that they include. if they would swap to a multi tip design that allows use of std tips and include an adapter for a water hose (or sell a conversion "upperhalf" for the wand), this would be a pretty good little PW. as for the item i received, there was no damage nor visual defects. looks exactly as pictured. ran consistently for about 45min with no issues right out of box (after assembly of course)

This pressure washer does a pretty good job BUT there is no provision for a garden hose to be hooked up to it. You must have a bucket of water available and place the provided hose into the bucket. They do have an adapter which allows you to set up a garden hose directly to the machine and they sent it to me for free and it works great. Make sure you get the hose adapter and this pressure washer is a good value.

After having to get a replacement since the first one didn’t work, the second on worked yet didn’t have a lot of power at all behind the water pressure. I bought to please a plastic fence and it didn’t do anything.....

Used it just a few times last year. Winterized it properly with the lubricant and everything. This year the O-rings fell apart. After searching for them at Ace hardware and fixing that, then the thing just stops pressurizing. It runs but only the water hose pressure goes through. Can't find any help online for troubleshooting. Shouldn't have to anyway.
