Does this include the brackets and everything?

It does come qith brackets. However, it does NOT work with frames with oval tubes such as Bestway Steel Max pro.

Does this come with the hose and bracket to hang on pool? It shows it in the picture but does not mention them.

Yes it comes with a hose and two different brackets, depending on whether you have a soft side or metal frame pool. What problem you may have, and I have gotten some really stupid answers, is your pool may have a push in intake that you cannot unscrew to get to the threads to attach it. You will have to find an adapter.

We purchased Intex pool #3 yesterday & I can't believe there is no skimmer. Can I use this, but what would it go to? Ugh. Why make a pool w/o a skimme

This surface skimmer will work with most metal frame above ground pools. Since I'm not sure which pool is intex pool #3't mention what type of AGP you have I'm guessing it's a metal frame type. I bought my skimmer last year and didn't get a chance to use it, I've set it up for this swim season it's working fine with my Intex 18' X 48" AGP.

Can you use this on a Coleman 15x22 pool?

Yes, I’m not sure about that taking it to a pool store. Just take the cover off one of the filters then the hose from this skimmer will connect into that filter. Simple, quick and easy! We set ours up in about 10 minutes from removing from box to in the pool. We have a 22X52 coleman and yes we did upgrade our pump as well.
