These pre/probiotics are amazing!! They have completely changed my digestion and immune problems for the better. They are easy to swallow, no weird smells, and they have 16 probiotic strains which is important, because not all probiotics are the same. Another great benefit for me is they are Gluten, Soy, Eggs, Yeast, Dairy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Salt, Peanuts Tree Nuts and Binders free, so anyone could take them, on top of being so affordable for what they offer. I will continue to buy these every month. I’m already on my 6th bottle and it’s been a life changer for me.

These strains help healthy digestion by promoting nutrient absorption and by providing relief for constipation, gas, and bloating. I found that my mood seemed better and my energy levels increased, giving me a better sense of wellbeing within the first week of taking this Zentastic Probiotic and Prebiotic Supplement. I especially love that I don't need to keep this product in the refrigerator too - other ones do require this and then I forget to take them which defeats the purpose. This one lets me take them with me while I'm "on the go". This product is made using a vegetarian formula, and it is non-GMO, gluten free, and soy free for a product that is truly natural.

I have to say that I am content with this choice. I needed a probiotic and a prebiotic and I got both this bottle and the Women's bottle. I decided the two for three weeks before writing a review on them and I'm SUPER happy with the results. I suffer from slow moving bowels and digestion. However the first day I took them I noticed a difference! After taking them consecutively, I'm proud to say that I'm regular with my bowel movements now. I started taking both of these together, so I can't say which is doing which, but I can say that in unison, they are working.

To be honest I haven't really felt any difference so far (10 days of use) i consider myself to be a pretty healthy person as in diet and exercise. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits. I'm 230lbs at 13% body fat. So I'm not sure if I will feel a huge difference as some have in the review section but I also dont know their statistics. I bought this product to see if it will help with my good gut bacteria as I was diagnosed with psoriactic arthritis. I will be doing a blood test on my gut bacteria soon. Hopefully I'll see confirmed results there. Will give this a 90 test as it takes that long to see any significant results in the body in anything you take ie..(vitamins) etc. Will write a follow up review on amazon in the next 90 days.

I've tried many other probiotics and prebiotics, but this one is by far the best one I've had. It takes a week for the body to adjust to it, so had gas and the runs for a couple days. Now I have more energy, I wake up more refreshed. I'm back to being regular again and no longer suffer from my IBS and it's even helped with my gluten intolerance, when I occasionally want to eat gluten. Use to regret eating gluten more, but it's not as bad now. It may not be for everyone since everyone's body is different, but it won't hurt to try and it really helps when you need to take antibiotics. I'd say give it a week or so and maybe start off with one pill a day, before giving it up. Even comes with a sticker on top for a free bottle the next time you need it.

I got this Zentastic pre/probiotic a few weeks ago. I been following the recommend dosage and I feel a great difference This probiotic works very well.. I feel a lot better and I lost some weight as a bonus because my digestive system is working more regularly. I’ve noticed I feel healthier, I sleep better at night and it helps me maintain a good digestive routine The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle has info on how to get your next bottle for free. I have not explored that but its good to know.
