This brace is fantastic! I kept waking up each morning and my wrist and hand were completely numb, tingling, and in pain. Carpal tunnel. Since I started using this brace, my hand and wrist have not gone numb at all. No more pain or tingling. It's comfortable and I recently ordered another one to have when/if I wear this one out.

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel and advised to do several things, one of which was getting a wrist support for my right hand. I did a lot of research before making the purchase and decided to try this product. It is exactly what I wanted. Something that did the job, day and night, of supporting my wrist at work (lots of typing) and that I could actually wear easily with an outfit that looked as "unnoticeable" as possible and was not "bulky". I got it in black and have found it is very easy to wear, is no more noticeable than a dark "glove", is easy to take on and off and to wear under jackets, etc... (not bulky. I found it is relatively small compared to other similar products so it is not awkward on the wrist. It is somewhat flexible, but keeps my wrist stable, and the adjustable velcro straps are easy to adjust for comfort so it's not too tight. Your skin can breathe well in it too. It is also very comfortable at night and light weight. I highly recommend this product. I wanted to include some other information for others suffering from a diagnosis of "carpal tunnel", in case it is useful. I was told it was probably both from repetitive finger movements and overuse (typing and drawing), but also was greatly aggravated by carrying a heavy backpack, which affected my right shoulder/lower back, which was all affecting the carpal nerves. I was advised to get a "rolley backpack", which I researched. I purchased one at amazon online (Janson sport 8) and it had made a world of difference. Why didn't I do this years ago?!! So easy. My shoulder and back pain is literally gone after a month of using it. I also switched my chair at work to one that provides support, and follow proper posture procedures (see online) and ordered a low "sliding keyboard" under my desk. keeping my legs uncrossed really helps too). Although initially skeptical, I tried acupuncture with a highly recommended practitioner. 4 treatments later, my carpal pain is about 95% gone. Which of all things worked? Probably a combination, but it is such an incredibly painful condition, I wanted to share all the things I did which have helped. Good luck!

I've worked my hands really hard all of my life (76 yrs old now) as a medical transcriptionist, now with carpal tunnel with what feels like electric shocks into hand & fingers, numbness & tingling. My primary care doc recommended this particular wrist brace. The minute I put it on, I felt great relief immediately in my hands which felt like they were on fire from hot electrical shocks & numbness that has been radiating down my arm into my hands. My fingers still tingle, but the feeling of electrical heat & pain has diminished significantly while wearing these braces. I am able to use my hands freely again as I work in my gardens & yard. The only negative is from itching under the brace along my arm. I understand these are said to be Latex free, which I am very allergic to, I don't know what could be causing the itching, but if I apply anti-itch cream ( diphenhydramine HCI 2% with 0.1% zink acetate) it helps. Great wrist support. No problem sleeping with the brace on. I was pretty miserable & this brace is helping me quite a lot. I would buy again, & recommend for support & much relief from carpal tunnel symptoms. 🕊⚘️🙋‍♀️jlp ADDENDUM: Itching remains a problem. I'm wondering if, despite claims of no Latex, there may be a little bit of something similar to Latex bcuz I'm highly allergic, & I need to take the brace off frequently to wash my arm & re-apply some anti-itch cream which lasts for awhile & allows me to sleep through the night. However, I wake up itching again. Not so severe that I would not wear the brace bcuz it really gives me needed support & helps serious carpal tunnel stinging, numbness, & burning. I'm a bigger guy and the L/XL fits great. It's comfortable and it holds the wrist steady so it doesn't bend. I've been wearing it non-stop for the past week and my wrist is already feeling better due to the compression. It's very easy to use and the straps adjustment makes it fit just right.

If your a man get the large/Extra Large. If your a women with small hands get the small/ Medium. Runs on the small side. This Brace is so comfortable, soft, and a great fit. Very effective. It’s well worth the money. Very easy to put on the wrist. Make sure you order the right Brace they have a Brace for Right and Left hand. It has good support, Compression, ease of use, and pain relief.

Comfy, it works, easy to put on. Not uncomfortable to wear at all, the inside is a smooth soft fabric and the thumb strap doesn't dig in uncomfortably even when wearing for long periods of time. Was able to work (computer desk job) pc game, and sleep while wearing it. Still felt like I had plenty of mobility, but still very supportive, and stabilizes my wrists well. It is very low profile, and not at all awkward to wear or bulky. I have a weak wrist and tweak it alot, I have thrown this on, and in 1-2 days my wrist will feel just fine again, no more twingy pain. No pain while wearing either. You can easily adjust the compression with the velcro, which don't have a catching problem and is easy to reajust throughout the day. Liked it enough that I came back and bought the same one but for my other had when I needed it.

The product is value for money and comfortable to wear. My physio made a custom splint for me but this one is still more comfortable to wear.
