The camera replaced a defective one from an older set-up. It took about 10 minutes to connect to the system. It's functioning and the motion detection also works like it should and the price was reasonable. It was a relief to know I can just buy a camera rather than a whole new system.

We have a lot of wild life, like foxes and deer around our house, so it is fun to watch. We had an older system, but it was not high definition, this is. Very nice pictures. I recently needed help from Cromorc technical support and Cindy was extremely helpful and gave me step by step instructions on how to resolve my issue. I want to say how great it is to get help that way. Thank you Cromorc Cindy is easy to work with.

This system was extremely easy to install and get operational. When purchased, I was under the impression that there was 2-way audio but that is apparently not the case. Audio does not work at all which is a disappointment. Otherwise the system is good.

I love this Camaras. I have my first set of 4 camaras 3 years ago. I leave it outside in my house in Wyoming where the temperature is very low and rain and and windy also but nothing has happened to this Camaras. Now I bought another Camara ....it's a good option for outside Camaras that last for ever!!!

Cindy gave me a very quick and accurate response to the challenge I was having to do with installation. It's all in the manual but she simplified it for me.

The technical support I received in order to replace 2 cameras was outstanding! They was easy to replace and the cameras work very well during the day and the night. The cormorc security camera system is excellent! We replaced the monitor with a 24 inch screen since our vision is impaired. It was easy to do thanks to the assistance of the technical support person. Thank you!

I see they’ve revamped the connection. Just plug it in and press the reset button for 8 seconds. As long as it’s in 3 ft of the system it connects and that’s all you need. Once connected, install it and you’re done.
