I used this product to put a 2x4 under tension to offset a load. All the components were well made and polished. The kit was complete, and each component was uniform. The cable clamps fit flawlessly and the nuts moved freely. Under load the turnbuckle was a touch hard to turn, but they always are. I will update this review if there are any surprise failures, but as of July 2023, it is installed and working perfectly.

I have used several different kits and this is the best. Overall this is one of the best kits for setting up 4 to 6 lines in your yard.

We bought 2 sets to trellis raspberries. Seems like it will hold well and is cheaper than buying everything piecemeal. However, the "100 feet" of cable was rather exaggerated. We only got 98 feet in each set

Much better than expected! Very heavy duty. The hook & eyes were high enough gauge that I needed to predrill holes to hand start them and use a drill and eye/hook bit to secure. The cable was thick enough that I ended up buying a wire cutting and crimper tool. I highly recommend using one - especially for crimping the loop end. I managed to cut and crimp one by hand with a saw and pliers, and that was the only one that came loose and had to be redone. The ones that were properly crimped are all holding firm. The additional tool was cheap - less than $10 and useful for many other tasks, like wire stripping. I used this kit to hang acoustic blankets for a sound studio. The blankets are quite heavy, but this kit did a bang up job. Very impressed with the quality for the price and I still have plenty more turnbuckles left.

Der einzige Nachteil, den ich bemerkt habe (aber er ist wirklich minimal!), ist, dass der Draht etwas steif sein kann, wenn man sehr empfindliche Stoffe verwendet. Das lässt sich jedoch leicht lösen, indem man vorsichtig Haken und Stoffhalter verwendet, um Schäden zu vermeiden. 🧵 Alles in allem ist es eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für die Terrasse, den Garten oder jeden anderen Raum, in dem ein zuverlässiges und einfach zu installierendes Aufhängesystem benötigt wird.
