I struggled with finding an insulated bag to deliver UberEats, as most of them are either too big or too small. This one was definitely on the "too big" side and when I got it in the mail, I worried. It's too big to fit in my passenger seat. After completing quite a few deliveries, I've grown to like it. I keep it in my trunk and it's easy to get food in and out as opposed to fumbling with a smaller bag. The bag definitely keeps food piping hot, so much so that I tend to have to pull out drinks and cold items and keep them separate. The divider is great and easy to use, so I can keep small items stable and don't have to worry about anything spilling while I'm driving crazy. My only real complaint, which is very minor, is that the zipper can be difficult. It''s a bit recessed in the stitching and tends to hide so it can be frustrating to open and close when my hands are full.

Bought for my daughter. She has a catering business and this food carrier is ideal for carrying prepared dishes to her clients. Very sturdy and has a lot of room inside.

I need to transport cupcakes with frosting to a wedding, so need something large enough and insulated so frosting won’t melt. This bag should do the trick!

The sides could be a little sturdier, but otherwise it works great. I have used it for hot and cold items with no problems.
