good stuff, I used this for a building we put up, the wrap did as it was supposed to, one thing you should know is a few days the temps were in the low 30's here, we had to use a hair dryer to heat up the area so the wrap would stick, on warmer days say 50 and up it was fine. we did 3 large windows and a man door with the product. it was very sticky and once it was stuck to the house wrap it was there. For the price I would suggest this product.

It is good window tape works great

Many people are buying similar products for auto sound deadening. This is not a good choice for that. The material is thin, the backing is not very sticky. The top surface is more of a aluminium plastic. Not malleable to retain grooved shapes etc. As a window wrap it is okay. Still not really sticky enough for outdoor construction real world situations.

Building a Cabin in remote Alaska.....used this on installing windows to the exterior of the siding.....as per manufacturerer's directions....this stuff STUCK to Rough Sawn Siding!!! It really seals the windows before the finish trim application...I would highly recommend this product and will buy AGAIN anytime I want a great seal! I am also using this on sealing roof under-layment and flashing...works great on all !!! Cheers TIM ....Alaska!

This works just like the expensive window wrap in the stores but for half the price. However, I walked into McCoy's this week and found the same wrap for less than $15 a roll; if you have one in the area, check there first.

Temperature 55 degrees F - product would not stick at all. Called MDS after having to buy a different product that worked with no issues, they were completely not helpful and rude.

Tape is thick and strong. It also appears to be self sealing against the staples and nails that penetrate it. It's stiffness works against it compounded by the weak adhesive. The tape won't remain "stuck" when bent around corners of windows. I used caulk to seal the edges.
