Did the job. Good saw

The strings that come with the saw are just not strong enough so that when the saw part gets stuck which it does a lot . They stretch and snap so definitely need to review that problem we had one snap yesterday and it catapulted towards my husband. Thankfully the saw part wasn’t at the part that snapped or it could have been a bad accident

It's a handy product for sure. Portable, convenient, and good for camping but can be tricky to use. Using this tool and a good throw, I was able to cut away branches beyond the reach of conventional pruning tools. The only problem is the blade is prone to jamming mid cut and can be extremely difficult to dislodge. My advice is to seek assistance when using it, cut at a wide angle between the two of you and let the saw do the work with long strokes. DO NOT ATTEMPT SOLO! The cut will be to acute, It will get stuck and you run the risk of something falling on top of you.

Great idea to reach those hard to get higher branches but the reality is the saw jams whilst cutting and you can’t pull it free. My purchase is still currently hanging off of a tree that I could not pull free.

Really impressed, definitely works best with two people doing the job. It’s a good safe way of cutting trees and saves the cost of paying for a tree surgery

Bought this to prune high branches of beech tree overhanging my garden. Very disappointed as it was effectively useless. I tried cutting branches 3-4 inches diameter and after a few strokes the saw jammed solid. I tried various angles but each time it just jammed and I was forced to abandon the job. It may be better with two people but I doubt it. It may be OK in some situations but not in mine.
