This is a great set. OPTP makes the best foam roller out there that I've come across in nearly 20 years of using them. as a birthday gift i got this for myself.. i switched to this roller from an inexpensive one, and i was surprised & disappointed to discover this is a very hard roller.. now couple of month of use I still can't get used to it and enjoy my workouts..this is an expensive kit.. with a few other tools, there's not much resources on how to use the other pieces, unless one wants to subscribe to $30 / mo program by L. Roxburgh... all in all.. think twice before you get this..
