Nails are growing in faster and thicker
This has been amazing for my finger nails. They are re-growing fast and thick after an acrylic nail set absolutely destroyed them. I haven't noticed a difference for hair or skin

What a Great little pill!

Keeps hair and nails strong
I have used this product for years. It keeps my hair strong and nails from breaking. Be careful if using a multivitamin as you can double up on some ingredients. I take this 12 hours after any other vitamins to separate out the delivery of vitamins. My hair dresser says my hair is in great shape
