The cones are quality materials. They are heavy duty and do not blow over in the wind when set up individually. My second purchase.

I just received my set of 18" cones today. They arrived timely and well packaged. I have a good many cones that I have bought over the years, mostly from the big home improvement stores, and these appear to be of higher quality. The Texas sun is brutal and most of my earlier cones have lost much of their original color and many have cracked and broken and the reflective tape has often faded and peeled. I cannot be positive until at least a year of use, but I suspect these will hold up better. They are MUTCD specs, which may help. They seem very similar to the 28" cones used by most of the road crews around here. If they disappoint, I will update the review.

I needed a set of cones that were highly visible and of a decent size, and sturdy enough that they would not fall over, to block our driveway because we've had delivery drivers and the postman come screaming up our driveway with one of them almost hitting one of my children riding their bike. It was too close of a call for me so I needed a set of cones to make them stop at the end of the driveway while my kids were playing outside. These cones are highly visible with reflective tape around them, and they are decently heavy at the base so there is no fear of tipping over even with a strong wind. What's great about a cone like this is that there are multiple uses whether to just keep one in your car for blocking traffic when you break down, or just using them to mark something that you don't want cars to hit or run over.

The are well made. Best for this price.

I just received these cones. They are not as heavy as I hoped but appear to be stable. They appear solid and hopefully will be durable and not blow over.

Great Quality... I read a lot of reviews, glad I did, these will last for years, they are just like you would see on construction sites and road projects. More "rubbery" than hard plastic, and they are weighted properly which is great. I am starting to have workers come onto my "retirement" property to pour concrete etc. and I won't always be there so I'm setting up these cones to keep them from driving all over the place with their heavy trucks, I know these cones will last and stay in place even if its windy.

These cones are great! They can take a bit of a beating as I teach my kid to drive and retain their form without breaking. And the bases are very sturdy - these are not going to blow over easily.
