I really like this belt. It is thick and sturdy which is nice. I was worried it would not fit reading some of the other reviews. I am about 190lb wear a size 10/12 in jeans and it fit great with even some wiggle room to adjust. My only complaint is that there are not many slots to hold the actual brushes. There are only 8 slots long enough to secure a makeup brush. I’m sure most people buying this product are professionals like myself and 8 brushes is not a lot when you are doing a wedding or event. Maybe if you are applying makeup to only one person, sure. However many times at my job that is not the case. I do appreciate the pockets as they pretty much are needed to store xtra clean brushes since there are only 8 holders. Pockets are also good for storing clean sponges, lashes, glue, etc. would have been nice to see an additional 8 brush holders mirroring the other side instead of having 5 pockets that serve less of a purpose but still nice. There are 3 small “brush holders” in addition to the 8 however they are too small to hold a makeup brush properly. Nice size for your favorite lipsticks/ glosses though. I am giving 4 stars because of the quality of the product however the design needs a little bit of work!

A Makeup Artist Must Have!!
My Sister is a Makeup Artist and I purchased this for her! The quality is great, wish it would be a bit bigger aroud the waist but besides that its sturdy, comfortable and has lots of pockets for your brushes/items.

Nice but brushes fall out easily
It’s nice and fits a lot! My only thing would be that the brushes slide out a lot when the belt is stored and my brushes fall all over the place.

Exactly what my wife needed.
My wife took a job doing client makeup for a boudoir photographer and she needed a “tool belt” and this worked out great. However, it is not useable for a plus sized person. I had to make some modifications for it to fit, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, great product.

Make up artists dream!
I am considered plus size (size 18) this belt fit perfectly! Just enough slots for the brushes I need for one client and a few spaces for other things! I’d definitely recommend this and would buy again
