Seems like quality tank.
Tank arrived today. Looks like a good quality tank. Amazon used UPS to deliver it. UPS was 3 days late. Planned to change tank last weekend. Have to wait until next weekend now. Meanwhile old tank is leaking. This Dorman tank included the locking ring and the O-ring. I didn't see it at first , but I saw a note printed on the box saying to look under the flap. That's where I found it. Will install it this weekend.
