No Natz Botanical Insect Repellent, DEET Free

If you've ever stepped outside and felt like an open invitation to gnats and no-see-ums, this stuff is your new best friend. This stuff is like bug kryptonite with none of the nasty chemicals. The scent is refreshing (think citrusy herbal spa, not weird citronella candle), and it doesn’t leave you greasy or gasping for air. It's our go to during Gnat and no-see-um season (yes, we actually have a season for those here in Florida LOL) Out here on the homestead, we’ve tested a dozen repellents because when you have livestock, flying insects are pretty much inevitable. Most underperformed, some over-promised, and a few just attracted different bugs. This one stands out: it holds up in humidity, works for hours, and doesn’t make you smell like you lost a fight with a tiki torch.

This has been working so well for my dogs this summer. Living in a hot climate, the summer time brings out TONS of biting flies and my poor dogs suffer the most. We have tried everything that is not toxic to them and have even made our own spray. We were shocked at how well this one works and we will continue purchasing! It keeps the flies off our dogs, off their outdoor mats, and off our porch where the dogs like to seek shade. We have started using it around our outdoor furniture when we eat dinner outside and it really keeps the bugs away. 5 stars and highly recommend!

Works well in regards to gnats. I've also killed ants with it as a spot sprayer. I'm not so sure about the mosquitoes though, since I'm one of the lucky few that mosquitoes 🦟 aren't much attracted to. I like that it's natural ingredients.

I made this review a few years ago.. After talking to the owner, he sent me another bottle. NO NATZ DOES WORK. The nat are still there but instead of being in your eyes, they are about a foot away.. I gave a bottle to my son when he was at camp. He was surprised.. He said this stuff does work. I was pleasantly surprised. So, disregard my earlier review! I was so excited to get this No Natz today. I could use it when I went golfing this afternoon. It did not work. I let my friends try it too. It did not work for them either. I had such high expectations for this. The gnats are terrible this year. I think the gnats liked the smell of this stuff. It sure did not keep them away.

I tried this product in Al. At an event we attended, they had bottles on the tables. We were at a park next to a lake with fresh grass and the previous day it had rained. The bugs were on high alert and really biting us Californians everywhere. The popular spray we purchased at the store seemed to be attracting the insects verses repelling them. We were inspired to use the No Natz provided by the host and placed on the tables. After one application spritz, we were insect free the remainder of the day. I ordered more while sitting at the event I was so impressed. The scent is mild and pleasing when compared to many others I’ve used. This product was also developed in the local area. These factors I think played a significant part in its effectiveness. If it doesn’t work for you, it could be you have on other scents that are attracting the insects and/or diluting the impact of No Natz. I use it now in CA whenever I’m going to be outdoors in locations known to have insects. It continues to work well…especially on those “no see-ums” that often torture us but seem to be invisible. It’s an affordable product which is nice also. I encourage you to give it a try! Great product for our family.

Easy to apply but has a noticeable acrid odor. Works fine for first couple hours but then I am stricken by the telltale itchy bites of the nuisance gnats Noseeums). I will go back to the cheaper deep woods off.

No Natz used to be great. However, with this recent order, it didn’t work at all. I covered my legs and arms, as well as the back of my neck generously before going onto the beach. The gnats and no-seeums were everywhere. However, rather than repelling these pests, this batch of No Natz ATTRACTED them. I even applied another generous amount two more times in the coarse of an hour or two. Fortunately, someone brought me some OFF so I didn’t have to abandon my star-gazing. That worked immediately — no more bites or swarming bugs. Attached is a picture of the back of my leg after third coating of No Natz. I wonder if the formulary changed, or I just got a bad batch. Needless to say, I won’t be buying these again. Plus, it’s non-returnable.

Love this product! A friend recommended to me while playing beach volleyball in the heat of summer with all kinds of mosquitos and other insects around. I am happy to share that rhis is the ONLY big spray I will use from now on. It smells incredible, is made from organic components so I can even put it on my face, neck and other sensitive areas. You need to stop up on this if you are planning a camping trip, going to be spending lots of time outdoors, or if you are prone to getting bitten (as I am the queen of mosquito bites lol). The only downside I can think of is having to reapply a couple times if you are active and sweating. But if I give myself enough time to let it dry before o start sweating, I usually only need one reapplication. Love this stuff! Highly recommend!
