The small ran smaller than expected.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered this for my husband, who is recovering from prostate surgery. He is waist 34", wears a medium in Depends, so I ordered it in a medium as well. We went to a friend pool party, but when he went to change into his swimsuit, he found he couldn't get it past his knees. Now I can't even return it, it's a shame as he quality seemed quite good.

Update large size arrived. Fits alot better and can't tell most of the time unless I think of it, that I'm wearing these and not regular underwear. Like the draw string to make sure they are snug and not fall off. Just make sure when you order that you take note of size and if close to top of size range order larger size. Looks to be made well but couldn't get it on as there needs to be a hip size posted besides the waste as I couldn't get it past my hips that are 36 inch. I'm bout a 33 inch waste so this is really disappointing and will be returning to get refund. Already ordered the large which I am hoping still will fit as I dont like to buy things to big as then they tend to not fit right and not be comfortable. This does have a draw string like a pair of speedo or swim trunks which is a plus to me.

Wheelchair user: Works great at the beach or pool, to keep my disposable diaper in place and prevent unwanted sap leaks when swimming and/or saturated. Just purchased my 5th and 6th pairs.

Item was received but sizing was wrong. Ordered larger size but eventually cancelled that order, as personal incontinence is not just bladder. Nice product though I couldn't give you any more about the effectiveness of item. I read the reviews about sizing and they were right about ordering up on size.

Only used a couple of times while recovering from surgery but it worked. I had modest leaking at that point. If you have little to no bladder control, I can't say if it will fully contain. At some point, like all products, you hit saturation.

The best thing about these are that they have a draw string for adjustability. My son is a big boy but these fit a little big but the draw string makes them fit perfectly.

Impossibly small. I normally step right into a medium sized product. I recently had surgery where I lost 24 lbs, taking my waist to a 31 or less. My thighs were also much diminished. I figured I was now a small and ordered the medium. I could not get this on. It looks well made but the sizing is way, way off.
