This is a very fun puzzle for older kids and adults alike. The plastic pieces fit perfectly and once assembled it is even more beautiful than in pictures. The assembly is suggested to be done in three major steps - some pieces for the base, some for the middle portion and some for the final top portion. The base and middle are easiest and the top portion does require some precision and dexterity. The entire puzzle took a leisurely two hours for an adult and a child working together. This is a very fun toy that also encourages kids to learn about the Big Ben in London. Made in Czech Republic.

Thanks to Ravensburger's unique soft click technology, assembling this puzzle was mostly a breeze. By myself it only took around 3 hours to build and was well worth the time spent! The image quality on the puzzle pieces is brilliant! truly a work of art. This would be great for casual puzzlers or someone who simply loves Big Ben!

I have purchased several of these sets and we enjoy them all! The pieces are made of sturdy plastic and somewhat snap together. We usually put them together and keep them displayed in the kids rooms for months after. I love the time away from TV and tablets and inspires conversations about far off places. Takes between and hour and two hours - depends if you sort them all out by numbers on the back!

I was very overwhelmed at the amount of pieces this came with. Then I looked at the directions and saw that everything was numbered (all 216 pieces). So after you sort through them all, and line them up, putting them together is a breeze. Hint. When you are assembling the very top, really look at the box well so you know how far you need to bend the pieces. Mine looks nice. the top part is a bit warped due to me not bending the pieces at the exact angles but it works well. If I had spent just a little longer one the top it would have looked great, but I was in a time crunch and had to finish it before my boyfriend woke up because I didn't want him to touch or help me with it :P (only child syndrome). The base is a little square depicting cars driving by. I personally would have liked a more classic feel verses a modern one, but it works. It doesn't securely attach into the bottom. But if it was just sitting on a table you will be okay. Im glad I bought it. Its was a lot of fun

This and the Ravensburger Eiffel Tower are now displayed side-by-side in the boys bedroom. My sons and I enjoyed putting these together in just, maybe two hours total, all working together on both puzzles at the same time. We used the numbers printed on the back of the pieces, as we were interested in results. I don't know if you'd call that cheating, but that's the way we enjoyed these. So of the bends near the top of Big Ben's tower were a little hard to keep together during the build, but once enough pieces were joined, it made the whole strong enough to stay together well. I''m actually quite impressed with the quality and precision of the pieces. These were the first two 3D puzzles we completed. We will be buying more.

It's a great 3D puzzle and I was looking forward to putting it together with my 8 year old son. While it's a nice challenge in figuring out which piece goes where....it's needlessly frustrating because the pieces don't stay snapped together. Because it's a 3D puzzle you don't have the benefit of being able to put the pieces on a flat surface so it's really important for the pieces to stay connected as you work. We tried using scotch tape on the back side to keep pieces together as we went? But...even that didn't really help. We abandoned it halfway through because everything falling apart took the fun out of the success of figuring out the actual puzzle.

This was a great trip gift for my 8-yo son. It took him several hours to build and he had lots of fun in the process. He actually took it apart and built it again, which is rare for puzzles. Ravensburger are always great quality and this is no different. highly recommended.

This was purchased for my daughter. She has always loved to put regular puzzles together so I thought she would really like this. I was unsure how complicated or time consuming this would be. But if she liked it, she would not mind spending alot of time working with it to see the end result, a 3D puzzle! Each puzzle piece is numbered/lettered and there is a guide that helps you put it together piece by piece. All in all, it took her about 2-3 hours to put it together. The instructions were easy to understand and very helpful. It has been completed for about 3 weeks now and she has it displayed in her dresser in her room. It is a cute decoration. If you know a puzzle lover, this would make a great gift!!

Ajuste perfecto de las piezas

Das Puzzle besteht aus dünnen Kunststoffteilen, die z.T. geknickt werden müssen. Die Teile sind sehr haltbar. Durch das Knicken der Seitenteile entsteht ein sehr realistischer Nachbau. Allerdings ist ein Zusammensetzen für kleinere Kinder sehr schwierig. Man kann sich weniger am Bild orientieren, da die Teile sich kaum unterscheiden, als viel mehr an den Zahlen, die auf der Rückseite der Teile aufgedruckt sind und die man nacheinander "anstecken" muss. Dadurch ist der normale Puzzle-Spaß, nämlich ein Bild entstehen zu lassen durch das Finden gleicher Farbteile o.ä., sehr in den Hintergrund gerückt. Man muss lediglich die Teile von 1 - 216 nacheinander zusammenstecken. Das Puzzle war von meinem Sohn (10 Jahre) bereits nach weniger als 1 Stunde fertig aufgebaut. Trotz der dünnen Kunststoffteile ist das Puzzle sehr kompakt und haltbar (hat bereits einen Sturz heil überstanden) und sieht auch dekorativ aus.
