American Crew After Shave Lotion for Men, Cooling Dual Action Lotion, 4.2 Fl Oz

I've tried other aftershave lotions and this one feels better to me.After my shave, I patted down my face and put this on. The scent isn't very manly, but it isn't very girly either. I can deal with the smell. Goes on smooth and absorbs quickly. I get a tingle which tells me the antiseptic aspect is working, which is important to me because sometimes i get little nicks that turn into pimples later and i'm sure this will help alleviate that problem. My face doesn't feel greasy after putting this on either and the scent is completely gone after awhile.The only thing i don't like about this product is that it's really runny and watery. You've got to control how much comes out of the tube otherwise it'll just spill everywhere. but that's just a minor inconvenience. i'll gladly pick up another bottle when this runs out. For me, a little goes a long way. This'll last me months, since i only shave once or twice a week.

A great overall moisturizer even if you don't shave everyday. The only thing that is a little annoying is the viscosity of the lotion. It is runny and too much can easily come out if you don't pay attention. Otherwise it does help sooth my face and neck after shaving, no strong scent and easily absorbed into the skin without a shinny appearance to my face. One word of caution, wash your face off before you workout or hit the steam room - it does tend to sting my eyes.

First let me say I really like American Crew products in general and I used to love this post-shave cooling lotion. I first bought it a year ago in a men's barber shop after they put it on my face after a straight razor shave (great experience btw!) The fragrance smelled manly but not overwhelming, felt great on my face and didn't irritate it (I have sensitive skin) The product lasted me for almost a year, so when I was getting low I came on Amazon and found it here for a great price. I made sure that this was the EXACT same product as I had bought before.I had read some other reviews on here commenting on how people didn't like the fragrance which baffled me, until of course I got the product... I don't even know how to describe the smell, maybe waxy? I had a little of my old aftershave left and smelled them side-by-side and it's like 2 different products. The aftershave still feels great on my face but I'll never use it because it smells terrible. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this product, there's plenty of other great aftershaves here on Amazon.

It's American Crew. I like this product, but the smell is a bit different. Not offensive - just a bit more of a cheap lotion or something.Works though - my skin feels moisturized and there is no razor irritation after using this product. I would probably buy this again. Would go 5 stars if the smell was a little more pleasant.

My husband is one of the men who has a "five o'clock shadow" by mid-day, very dark and course facial hair, and has to shave every day, even just to go out shopping as he hates having "scruffy facial hair", as he calls it. This of course irritates his skin. He loves this stuff and says it really helps keep his skin moisture. He also loves the "cooling" effect!! The only downside is that it is a little pricey.

first time I find a product that really helps against my bloody face after shaving.For instance, every time I shaved, don't matter whether I use shaving cream or not, my face would get bloody and irritated.With this Shaving Lotion things are just fine and dandy, my face is cool and without bleeding.Update: I have to change my mind about this product. When you first use it, it smells good. But after a while, you keep using you get this anti-biotic smells of medicine that's very repulsive. I really wouldn't buy this product after this experience. It does help against my bleeding, that's an honest reply, but the smell now is not good at all.

This is a namebrand aftershave that is surprisingly inexpensive. It cools your face very well after shaving and I hardly ever have bumps after using this. The scent is not overwhelming, but is still there. It is subtle and nice smelling. Overall I consider it a very good product, especially considering it's price and efficiency.

This is a great post shave product, cool and minty use straight after a shave and you will not be left diissapointed leaves irritation to a minimum. I also shave my head with slippers and use this after the shave as a moisturiser and it works a treat. Can also use it in beards after trimming. Fantastic our e on Amazon at the minute. I have used a lot of American crew products in the past and all have been really good quality.Just remember to wash your hands before going for a wee after using this one!

It's ok, goes on well and smells nice, but it doesn't provide much better cooling or razor burn protection than much cheaper balms, it's also quite greeasy and hangs around on the top layer of skin all day.

Disappointed. I have used this product for years but received the lotion in black packaging which isn't half as good as the green American crew cooling lotion. Don't know if anyone else thinks the same?

This post shave cooling lotion is like white water, I'm sure it should be thicker, I sent it back for a full refund.
