Works perfectly
I don’t review items right out of the box. I’ve had this pump for a few months and it’s working like a dream! Great stream of water and does everything I needed to. I highly recommend this pump.

Stopped working
Total waste of time and money stopped functioning after the second use. I believe after reading other reviews these units will seize in a marine environment no seller contact. How do you place a claim, this supposed 4 year warranty. I can not reccomend this product. Update reached out to amazon customer service and they refunded my purchase and I sent it back to them. Seller did reach out to me sometime after I posted this review. Seller wanted to send me a replacement pump and I responded no I was no. I had already purchased from a reliable manufacturer a different pump. The short of it is buy a reliable pump from a reputable manufacturer spend the money do it right the first time. I wish I had.

Pump motor seized up after one season
Ran great, great pressure and function for most of first season. Towards end of season started popping fuses. By second season, pump was completely dead. Finally got around to troubleshooting today: Upon inspection, the pump motor had developed an internal leak which allowed water to get inside the motor itself from the pump head and corrode/seize the motor. Pump was mounted upright, indoors and was properly drained between seasons.

Installed it in 25 minutes. Was just the pressure i needed to get raw water to the sprayer handle.

Total garbage, UPDATE!! FAILED AFTER TWO MONTHS
I’ve owned several wash down pumps and this truly is the worst. Leaks everywhere it possibly could. Even after all the leaks are sealed up it takes over five min to fill a five gallon bucket. Water pressure is a joke, I replaced a west marine 3.0 gpm and it had WAYYY more pressure. Absolutely returning this garbage, that i get the pleasure of uninstalling and finding a new one. DO NOT BUT SEAFLO THEY ARE GARBAGEUPDATE 10/6 2019 failed pump already, kicking myself for not returning after install. Absolute GARBAGE wish I could give 0 stars
