We've been using this stuff for years. Helps us stay asleep. Will definitely keep buying. Ask your doc before using, but if your doc says okay, I highly recommend you try it.

I discovered that this brand, and other quality brands, are better than other brands that I using. When I use this brand I consistently have fewer than 5 CPAP measured events per night (usually 2-3). When I use a lesser quantity brand I average 6 or more events per hour of sleep.

Made the mistake of not reading the ingredients. It contains calcium and is not non-GMO. Need to find a replacement.
