First, let me say that I am one of those horrible people who will eat until they physically cannot eat anymore. I do not do it all the time but on the weekends if I am at home I will literally order a pizza and eat it throughout the day. Not smart. I am 5'6 and weigh 154-not horrible but a year ago I was 135 and healthy. I saw an infomercial for Lipozene and do not really believe in diet pills but did some research and found this product. I have been using this for approx 3 weeks and I will tell you first hand my weekends no longer are filled with pizza pounding. I take 3 pills, individually, with a huge about 32 ounces of water. Immediately you fill a little bloated (from the amount of water I consume I suppose) but after about 10 minutes the bloating is gone. I will proceed to eat around 30 minutes later. I never ate too bad at work b/c I really don't like eating in front of people as is. But I used to eat a turkey on rye and a side of veggies/pasta and now I eat my side and a portion of the sandwich. For dinner I can have a salad and be perfectly fine. Obviously, things work different for different folks but this is absolutely incredible. I don't know how long it will work but I did order a second bottle and get it tomorrow. I have not lost any weight per-say but I also am walking 10 miles on the beach every Sunday and running 5 miles every night so I am assuming there is some sort of muscle gain. Bought a new scale on here that also arrives tomorrow to see if I can track the muscle to body fat ratio. When I figure out the answer I will edit my post. good luck to all!!!

Listen, just taking this pill does not make you lose weight automatically but it definitely helps. You cannot take these pills and continue to eat what you are currently eating, you have to cut back your food intake and that is what this helps you do. I knew my issue was portion control and snacking. I started out by taking 1 pill 30 mins before lunch and dinner, then increased to 2. This helped to cut my need for large portions and along with tracking calories and a little bit of exercise, I have dropped 20 pounds easily. I dont feel hungry, cranky or jittery at any point during the day. At this point my metabolism is so much better that I dont need to track calories and I'm still losing weight. Final statement, this will work if you are smart about it. However, if you only take these pills and continue to eat your current diet, it will not work. This is an assistance to your weight loss goal, not the miracle pill that allows you to not exercise and eat more than you should.

I bought this because I was buying Lipozene, and it worked really well, but was expensive. So I started researching what it was, and it's supposed to be this konjac stuff. This was cheaper, so I got it to replace the Lipozene, and it just does NOT work the same. Lipozene actually makes me feel full and not hungry. This stuff actually MAKES me hungry. Which defeats the purpose.

Works amazingly well! I take 1 pill 20 min before each meal and it helps me keep my appetite under control. I have so far lost 2lbs in under a week! Full diaclosure; I also take a daily multivitamin, along with other supplements like fish oil gummies, psyllium husk fiber, essential amino acids etc b/c I am a picky eater (due to autism) so I make sure the majority of my nutritional needs are met using supplements. That helps in keeping me from binge eating, but my weight stayed the same and I still had struggles with hunger. I added this to my arsenal and I'm not eating at night anymore and I'm making better food choices. I highly recommend however- although this was the final missing puzzle piece for me, your mileage may vary.

Tried recommended and felt like id overeaten on holiday- tried mid dose felt full- less and no effect, gotta find whats right for you but havent gone too long on these because I wont take supplements without proper diet and exercise and my life got too busy in the beginning of my trial.
