This mold is elegant, truly non stick, sturdy, very easy to clean and produces beautiful brioches, mini cakes, jellos etc.. Brioches will come out easily because of the high butter content. If making cakes, make sure you grease them. A great investment for a baker. I personally had to return them because they are smaller than I thought, only 3.5inches across the top including the flutes. But I did buy the larger size, 4 inches across the top including the flutes.

I puchased the Marinex 1 1/3 quart brioche dish and the set of Gobel 3 1/2 inch brioche molds to make one of the brioche variants from "The Bread Baker's Apprentice." This mold plus the others fit the recipe beautifully. These little molds produced the perfect small brioche a tete I was hoping for. I sprayed them with oil prior to baking, but I don't think that would even have been necessary. The released the dough quickly and cleaned easily. They are lightweight and nest for easy storage. The price is also excellent. I wish I had purchased twice as many and am considering buying more.

$25 is far too expensive for a single brioche mold. Some reviews indicated that this was a set of four, but no, this is indeed a single brioche mold sold at an exorbitant price. If hoping for a matching set, buyer beware.

I'm a newcomer to the brioche game, but I love baking bread and making everything from scratch so when I saw a recipe for brioche I knew I had to try making it. The first thing I needed was a set of fancy pans but I couldn't find any in stores. I ordered these mainly because they're non-stick and we all know how difficult it is to get baked goods out of pans that aren't non-stick. They made the perfect shape for my brioche and the finished product just popped right out of the molds with no resistance. I've been hand washing mine to preserve the non-stick coating for as long as possible; I wouldn't suggest putting them in the dishwasher. The only thing that I would suggest is not to fill the dough in the molds to more than a halfway point. You will get better looking, less lopsided brioche if you don't overfill the mold. The molds are very rigid and heavy duty so you don't need to worry about bending them out of shape very easily. The edges are a little bit on the sharp side but I'm not the most coordinated person and I haven't cut myself yet so you should be safe. I just need to purchase about four more sets of these and I'll never have to go to the bakery again.

THE VERY GOOD: Yes, the Brioche do pull off easily--no PAM, no butter, no nothing--with no more than a shake of the wrist, they'll fall right out. THE VERY BAD: The edges of these molds are VERY sharp. If you're not careful, and happen to run a finger across its edge you can receive a surprisingly nasty cut. In fact, if you gently run your finger across its outer edge, you'll realize that these molds are close to razor sharp. My family are manufacturers, and I know that a stamped, steel form can have a unwanted, sharp edge when the stamping die has dulled. They should never sell a product with such tawdry manufacture, especially when you consider that at $13.59 for four, they're not giving these little suckers away. If it weren't for this major flaw, I would have given this product five stars. I did give it two instead of one because, as I had mentioned, they do release the Brioche wonderfully.

Yes, as mentioned by other reviewers, the edges are sharp. The non-stick surfaces work and they're the correct size.

NOT AS ADVERTISED. Only one pan was delivered. Pan quality itself seemed fine, but not worth $15 per pan.

En relación al producto se ve de buen material pero desgraciadamente resulta ser un fraude porque en el principio de la publicidad el vendedor indica juego de 4 unidades y resulta que cuando llega solo viene 1 unidad Amazon debería tomar cartas con este vendedor.
