Great for the baklava! Easy to work with, nice and flaky!

I am very dissatisfied with this item. I expected it to be of good quality, but when I received it, it was poorly made. It tore into many pieces, which made it very difficult for me to use it for my intended purpose. Overall, I am completely unsatisfied with this product.

Difficult to separate sheets. Worked better when stored in fridge.

It came to me with mold inside. So disappointed I couldn't make what I wanted for an event.

I particularly like to know that when I need this item, I can get it quickly. My family has developed a liking for Turkish and Greek foods that require phyllo in many recipes. I've tried other brands from stores, but this is by far the best quality and price I could wish for. I will be loyal to this brand as long as it is available. I absolutely love everything about it! PS. I have watched how this dough is made on You Tube and have much respect and admiration for the skill and craftsmanship required to make this premium dough.
