Super Happy!
This camera is everything I hoped it would be. I am very picky when it comes to cameras because at my last job I was using $8k Fujifilms. For the price, this easily satisfies the creative parts of my brain. It has customizable settings but it also is super easy to use if you don’t have experience. When I’m lazy I just set everything to auto. The quality of its components are notable. The zoom quality is great, but the zoom distance leaves room to be desired, however with this model you can purchase additional lenses. The batter life is great so far. I’m snowed in currently and have been using it all day without needing to charge. All in all, a truly great product!

great!
really good for a budget. picture quality is amazing. settings are so good, the way you can fix grain. colors are a little gray but easy to edit. the features like AV are nice on the lens, this is really good for hobby's and beginners.

Best entry level camera!
Awesome camera, i bought it refurbished which cut down on original price quite alot but the camera is amazing with no scratches, great packaging and just like new. Great beginner camera which also works with interchangeable lenses. Cannon foes make grrst cameras and lenses that are affordable. The weight is light so it feels good holding it. The only thing i do which the strap had lile clips so it would be easy to attach and detach but i do believe there are great aftermarket straps to use. Overall would definetly recommend.

Great for beginners, not great for pros
Overall the camera works well enough. However, in the days where we have 50MP cameras in our pocket, does it measure up? Disclaimer: I'm not a photographer. I usually only take pics on my phone. However I know what aperture, ISO, and CMOS mean so, I'm not a total beginner. The answer is decidedly "it depends". Yes, it has wifi and can transfer photos. Yes it has a rechargeable battery (albeit with a terrible connector). Yes it's not too big so you can carry it around on the strap. But photo quality wise, be aware that it will likely only beat your smartphone in terms of lighting, unless you want to have RAW format photos. In the RAW mode (not default) you will find much better quality photos. This takes more tinkering and requires some knowledge to fix up the photos afterwards. If you want a fast shutter speed camera that can take decent photos in the dark, with decent lens options, this is fine. I should note you CAN break this. It seems pretty heavy but even after dropping it 2 inches I noticed a scuff.

Great value for a renewed camera
Picked up the renewed Canon T7 with the 18–55mm lens, and it showed up looking basically new. Image quality is solid, the lens is versatile, and it’s super easy to use if you’re learning DSLR photography. For the price, it’s a really good deal.

Is broken
The foot of the flash is bent and broken and it doesn't work, is important because it controls the big lights fromnthe studio.
