I apply this every 3-4 days after a shower and it lasts! Use a mitt, really helps keep it even. It’s a subtle glowing tan and I love it!

I was pleasantly surprised. Goes on nicely with a mitt. Haven't tried it with my hand yet. I was a little disappointed that they show two bottles in every picture and you only receive one. It's a little misleading. I did not mind the slight scent at all. I experienced no streaks or blockiness. And did not notice any orange- just a subtle tan. At first I thought I would be disappointed that I ordered light bronze and thought about returning it but after trying it, the color was nice and continued to darken throughout the day. I put a spot of it on my inner arm and noticed it darkening and it did not wash off in the shower. Even after three days. I bought this mainly for my face because I get so pale in the winter.

For best results, I dry-brush and lightly moisturize before application, and use a mitt to prevent darker spots around knees and elbows. I am a fair girl raised in Southern California- and I hate self tanner. It’s been a hard life. Until now. Last year I spent $$$ on a custom self tanner you’ve heard of that was super stinky and wasn’t even great, only to forget it in my hotel room in Mexico. Now, 2025 and going to Cabo. What to do? For $10 I tried this. It’s FABU! Seriously no smell and a beautiful color that doesn’t peel or pebble like most self tanners. And I forgot to exfoliate prior. It’s all around wonderful. Used on face and everywhere else. I recommend adding one of the generic applicator kits, the foam application pads make all the difference. I even layered it on the old tanner with no adverse results. Give it a go!

I'm an extremely pale woman living in the PNW with fear of skin cancer, so sun is a rare commodity for me. I recently decided to try sunless tanning products and tried many that were streaky, orange, stinky, and just overall terrible. After using this product for the warm months (for my area this is April-August), these are my tips for using this product! Exfoliate skin and shave as needed. Apply small amount of lotion to elbows, feet, hands, and knees to avoid splotchiness in those areas. Then apply onto dry skin (I found no lotion was best on the rest of my body until after the tan had dried, often the following morning). I started application on my legs and work my way up. It's best to apply this mousse with a mitt (I purchased mine off of Amazon as well). Apply in circles, making sure to massage into the skin and cover all areas. It's fairly easy to see spots you have missed since there is small color development immediately. I also used a makeup sponge to apply tan to my face. After that, I let it dry for 15-20 minutes, sans clothes. Although it's supposed to dry quicker than that, it really doesn't...especially if you use an average amount of product. I hated to put clothes on while still sticky so I would just go around business as usual until it dried satisfactorily. I would apply at night, let it dry, sleep in it, and then lotion in the morning. Not gonna lie, no fake tan smells great on the skin, and this product is no exception. However, I didn't find it totally offensive, and it was relatively easy to mask with a nice smelling lotion. There was very little transfer to clothes and not too much onto bed sheets. The color that did transfer washed out in the washing machine. Bottom line: there is definitely a learning curve to applying without streaks, although the use of a mitt will help enormously. If you want to maintain an even tan, plan to touch up every 3ish days, exfoliating every other time or whenever needed to start fresh. Don't even think about going into chlorine with this tan, as it will fade it into a splotchy mess! Prolonged use in any water such as lakes, showers, etc will fade it. I didn't notice any breakouts or any detrimental effects to using it on my face, and I have sensitive skin! I would definitely use this product again and recommend it to any other pale people looking for a bit of a sun-kissed look. It looks natural, makes you look toned, and you will receive many compliments on your tan! However, be prepared to spend a lot of time applying and waiting for it to dry. I spent my summer being a slave to fake tan and was wholeheartedly excited to abandon it in autumn. I'm a low maintenance gal and can't stand so much upkeep!
